Requirements:
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in earthwork/grading construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership or foreman role.
Strong understanding of finish grade requirements, site prep, and compaction techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting plans, specs, and grade stakes.
Experience with GPS machine control systems (e.g., Trimble, Topcon) is highly preferred.
Skilled in operating a variety of heavy equipment for grading and dirt work.
Knowledge of soil types, moisture conditioning, and compaction methods.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
