Physical Requirements of Position:
Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, bend at the knees, lift hands over head and waist, push, pull, and squat lift over 75 lbs. (includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes)

Technical Requirements of Position:
Two to four years' experience managing or supervising a civil construction crew
Civil tower construction and quality assurance practices and procedures

Ability to operate equipment such as excavators and skid steers is a plus
Concrete experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
This position supervises and performs construction work associated with the civil portion of cell tower site construction. This includes digging, trenching, pouring foundations, setting posts and mounting equipment. The Civil Foreman is also responsible for ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.
Supervise the installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, grounding and conduits, with electrical installations where applicable
Review all documentation to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine required installation methods
Assist with general landscaping, constructing and pouring concrete, and layout and typing re-bar
Set shelters
Ensure safety for self and crew members
Train and mentor crew members
Prepare preliminary close-out documents
Review and ensure that all time entered by crew is correct

The duties for this position will include and not be limited to performing physical labor for;
Under general supervision, functions as a working supervisor/crew leader, supervising asphalt laborers and equipment operators performing work activities relating to the spreading, finishing and compacting of asphalt. Performs related duties as required.
Supervise an assigned work crew performing semi-skilled asphalt laborer duties including raking, smoothing and tamping relating to the pavement, re-surfacing and repair.
Supervise an assigned crew filling potholes and repairing surfaces using high performance / cold patch asphalt during the winter months.
Supervises grinding and other crews operating asphalt equipment, including operating grinders, pavers and rollers.
Receive and prioritize daily work assignments.
Observe work in progress and provide guidance and direction on work procedures and techniques to asphalt laborers.
Ensure timely delivery of hot asphalt.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The ASES Site Supervisor coordinates, implements, and oversees the success of virtual and classroom instruction of the After School Education and Safety (ASES) Program. Collects and analyzes achievement data. Maintains a strong connection between the school day and the after-school program. Coordinates and develops learning and enrichment partnerships with community and youth service agencies. Manages the recruitment of Program Leaders and participates in the selection of students for the after-school program. 3. OUTREACH AND PROMOTION
Maintain current and active membership in a local service club and/or approved community organization.
Develop and maintain public relations to increase the visibility of programs, services, and activities within the Club and the community.
Schedule monthly meetings with the principal to build and maintain relationships with school leadership.
Develop and implement an annual outreach plan that includes details of Club site promotion.
Establish goals for the recruitment of program volunteers.
Make a minimum of three (3) presentations about Club services to schools, community groups, or local civic groups.
Develop site-specific information, calendars, and publicized events and submit to Development for posting on the Web site and relevant social media outlets.

6. PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
Assist with supervision of approximately 10 to 20 youth (depending on the current guidelines) in various recreational and developmental activities in multiple areas.
Supervise and provide leadership to a team of 4-12 Club staff, ensuring effective program delivery and a safe, engaging environment for youth.
Maintain accurate records of volunteers.

CUALIFICACIONES PREFERIDAS
Diploma de bachiller o su equivalente, habilidades telefónicas, de reclutamiento, habilidades de entrevista y con personal, profesional, detallista, orientado en seguridad, motivado por resultados, responsable, accesible, servicio al cliente, pensador independiente, honesto, líder, motivador y maestro.
