Job Requirements: · Oversee, manage, and mentor craft workers while carrying out assignments related to your role · Manage and supervise the planning, lay‐out, material storage, maintenance, and inspections of carpentry related work in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes and industry standards. · Coordinate jobsite logistics. · Hands-on performance as needed. · Maintain relationships with other trades and main project team. · Lead DPR's Injury Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program. · Monitor production and quality of crews. · Read and understand blueprint drawings and perform layout. · Ability to calculate mathematical figures such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. · Procurement and tracking of materials to be installed. · Coordinate work scopes. · Assist in the creation of resource-loaded schedules. · Process Timesheets. · Conduct employee coaching and employee evaluations. · OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certified · Knowledge of Construction Software's such as (Plan-grid, Hammertech, Rhumbix) · Ability to use Ipad DPR Construction is a forward-thinking, self-performing general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects for the advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education and commercial markets.
