The Tower Foreman provides on-site management ensuring accurate and efficient completion of each project.
In this position, you would be supervising and training crew members while ensuring safety and quality control on job sites. You would also be involved in tower construction activities, including assembling towers and installing antennas.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly responsible for work schedules and assignments for all employees assigned to project.
Communicates and enforces safety procedures and site rules.
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, local turfing vendor, Tower Co., etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner.
Perform tasks of Tower Tech I, Tower Tech II, and Tower Tech III as needed to lead by example and facilitate timely job completion
Perform lead responsibilities and effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirements.
Operate as a Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site.
Interprets various documents (e.g. blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, etc.) to ensure proper installation of antenna systems using technical expertise and knowledge of blueprints and diagrams.
Communicating with CMs and PMS any information pertinent to the site/job.
Testing and Troubleshooting equipment and installations. Repair or Replace Faulty Equipment.
Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Ability to work in a team-focused work environment. You must be able to work well in coordination with a crew.
Ability to perform tasks of Tower Tech I, Tower Tech II, and Tower Tech III as needed to lead by example and facilitate timely job completion.

The Crew Lead or production lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations for all lines in their area while meeting and exceeding all safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate and understand Production schedule.
Communicate all scheduling concerns to Production Supervisor
Ensure that all production lines are staffed properly.
Ensure that all lines are setup properly with correct product, COOL labeling and correct packaging information as required.
Coordinate changeovers with PMO's, Lift operators, dryer deck and case erector operators when required.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Ensure that the products are safe and meet the customer specifications.
Communicate quality issues of raw product to the appropriate personnel.
Responsible for monitoring packaging lines in order to ensure correct quantities are produced without overruns.
Communicate mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.
Responsible for the proper and accurate completion of hourly documentation.
Follow and complete the daily production schedule, including changes that may occur during the course of the shift.
Responsible for meeting machine efficiency and effectiveness which is measured in downtime percentage, bags per minute and process failures.
Meet daily production standards.
Assist in performing new hire orientation training and ensure that they are able to demonstrate competencies in all work areas.
Responsible for the validation of all carton barcode scanning.
Ensure the accuracy of all PMO paperwork.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demand
Employee is required to stand for prolonged periods of time (duration of the shift, 8 hours or more); perform repetitive motions throughout shift such as: push/pull/lift and move up to 40 pounds, bend continuously, & reach with hands and arms; occasionally crouch, kneel, stoop and/or crawl to pick up product. This position requires ability to climb stairs or step up onto a platform several times throughout the shift and keep up in a fast-passed environment.
Work Environment
This is a fast-passed manufacturing warehouse setting. Employee is routinely exposed to wet/cold conditions of roughly 34 degrees Fahrenheit. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to occasionally loud, which requires hearing protection.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
Experience in leading a group of 40-50 production employees
Experience working in food industry or manufacturing is a plus but not necessary.
Work in a respectful manner and be a team player
Steel toed shoes
Available to work a Monday - Saturday schedule
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish is a plus

Description: This position is for movers and crew leaders with current work experience in the moving industry or related field. The right candidate has demonstrated that he/she can lift heavy objects above 75 lbs., and has the cardio to continue this task over consecutive hours. The right candidate is able to follow directions and learns quickly when using the proper tools and equipment to complete jobs safely and efficiently. We are looking for someone for a long-term position with a path to a crew leader role and pay raises.

Responsibilities:
Show up on time to work in appropriate Mighty Moving uniform attire.
Assist in the loading and unloading of furniture and other items onto trucks/trailers, or within the same building, sometimes going up and down stairs or elevators.
Furniture assembly and disassembly (experience preferred but not necessary).
Basic customer service skills.
Able to drive a pickup truck, attached trailer, moving trucks, and other non CDL vehicles
Gives ample notice of time off requests.
In the event of a sick day or other emergency, is willing to contact coworkers to fill in for scheduled jobs.

The
Supervisor, Front of House

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
Drive high customer experience standards, to include a customer-oriented culture and industry leading customer engagement through sales training and product knowledge
Lead a world-class customer service program to drive repeat business through strong local community networking, and customer data capture
Work closely with Managers and Supervisors to exceed sales volume and KPI goals
Partner with cross-divisional managers to ensure adequate staffing is scheduled and payroll goals are met
Comply and audit cash procedures as it pertains to preparing deposits and daily cash reconciliation
Directly supervise the check-in/camera assigned team to ensure acceptable standards are maintained for the overall safety and upkeep of the dispensary.
Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and ensure menu availability is current.
Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.
Communicate, work closely, and successfully collaborate with Managers and Supervisors to achieve the organization's goals.
Support the implementation of operational policies, standards, and procedures for retail staff.
Ensure staff within all divisions of responsibility have a thorough understanding of our corporate processes, SOPs, and assist with providing education in areas that need to be addressed.
Train employees in expected customer experience and hospitality standards using appropriate tools such as customer loyalty, customer satisfaction surveys and key KPI's
Maintain a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training is complete
Ensure continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that results in consistency across all stores
Lead by example and coach team members on performance. Partner with Managers regarding employee poor performance and violation of company and compliance policies.
This role may be required to assist with other duties as assigned as well as in other functions of the operation including but not limited to: call center, inventory, delivery acceptance, outreach, security, delivery, and visual merchandising
