What You'll Do As the on-site face of our company, you'll: * Serve as the primary customer contact, welcoming homeowners and providing clear, daily updates on progress and next steps. * Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful jobsite, stepping in as needed for basic clean-up and hands-on support. * Lead and oversee crews, managing workflow and keeping projects on schedule. * Ensure top-quality workmanship, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the customer. * Coordinate logistics, including scheduling deliveries, managing equipment, and occasionally picking up and transporting materials from our yard or local suppliers. * Document project milestones with photos and notes, and guide customers through the final walkthrough and completion. * Support business growth, canvassing nearby homes to notify neighbors of upcoming work, provide company information, and generate new appointment opportunities (with incentive-based rewards). What We're Looking For * Background in construction, roofing, project management or site supervision (preferred, but not required). * Strong customer service skills professional, clear, and respectful communication. * Ability to read project plans and enforce safety/OSHA standards. * Tech-friendly: CRM systems, photo documentation apps, Microsoft Office/Teams. * Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Valid driver's license with a clean record.
