Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: Striping Experience : Layout and stripe lines in parking lots and warehouses, paint curbs, apply stencils, install signs & posts, truncated domes, and wheel stops. Sealcoat Experience : Clean, prep, trim, and apply liquid seal coat and crack seal on pavement surfaces. Operate line striping equipment and various tools for parking lot layout and striping. Perform physical labor using maintenance equipment in parking lots. Train new team members on equipment and best practices. Use blowers, brooms, shovels, and other hand tools to prepare surfaces for recoating. Maintain a clean, organized job site. Manage projects from start to completion. Safely operate trucks/machinery and haul equipment to and from job sites. Follow plans, delegate tasks, work efficiently, and problem-solve in the field.
