Community Services Represent Lutheran Social Services of Southern California (LSSSC) at internal and external meetings and events at the local, state, and community levels. Facilitate and organize outreach and fundraising events, collaborating with the LSSSC development department for support and implementation. Qualifications Education and Experience A bachelor's degree in social work, human development, or a related field is required, along with experience in social services, such as social work, public administration, psychology, or another related area and two years management experience within social services. OR A High School diploma and a minimum of five years' management experience within social services.
