Inform supervisor of any resident/client issues or concerns.
Familiar with a variety of construction concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Familiar with tools, materials and supplies required to complete tasks.
Requires standard professional communication skills (written/verbal/reading).
Retains and maintains all hand-held tools and most power tools.
Able to traverse ladders (up and down including extension ladder), scaffolding and roofs.
Must be able to read scope of work and product applications. Must understand and be familiar with submittals and project specific materials.
Responsible to clock in and out crews' hours, as designated. **Will need more permissions**
Ensure work phone is always accessible in case of emergency response calls. Assist with dispatching crews or responding to emergency calls. In the event of prescheduled ATO, please ensure you have a back-up assigned to respond to ER calls.
Qualifications

The Site Installation Supervisor II is a self-managing, high-energy individual who is responsible for mechanical and general installation activities on-site for BEUMER system projects as assigned. This is an important role, providing key support for the project management team and will have on-going, direct contact with the Customer. The Site Installation Supervisor II coordinates the activities of contractors and workers engaged in the installation or modification of supplied equipment, while ensuring that the highest quality of work is provided in the safest manner possible in order to meet project goals.
At times the Site Installation Supervisor II role could be the Lead on a site or part of a team with another lead. This role will require work with conveyors, integrated systems, and third party or customer equipment on site.
This role will require extensive travel, up to 90% of the time.
Leadership and Teamwork
Promote safe and reliable construction and maintenance activities consistent with BEUMER objectives and policies. Must be in full compliance with existing and relevant emerging codes and regulations.
Improve and follow the assigned project scope and contract work authorization details. Interface with others on the project to learn how job commitments are delivered on time and within budget.
Document contractor crew activities, prepare and present periodic oral and written reports, and verify the accuracy of checks.
Assure QA's on assigned jobs are completed and accurate including NCC's.
Prepare and maintain job box with required tools and hardware for shipment to and from the job site.
Support the Team Leader or Department Manager with management tasks.
Participate in kick off meetings and or job close out meetings.

Follow claims and change management processes and report all changes/deviations to change management.

Respond immediately to all discipline concerns, working towards a positive resolution and ensure adequate supplies and resources are available for all children.
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and in-service training per State requirements.
Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES
Foreman are responsible for the safety of the crew and the public. We expect are foreman to follow all safety practices. The foreman is also responsible for managing the day to day operations of his crew and to meet production goals and customer requirements.
Foreman are to be able to direct crews in the installation, maintenance, relocation, or repair of telecom cable, including copper, fiber, ADSS and coax. Foreman should have experience in excavations of trenches for installation and relocation. In addition be able to set, rebuild or abandon manholes and or vaults.
Foreman should also possess the ability to rod, wire, and pull cable.
In addition, foreman are expected to do daily reporting of time, production, and as-builting.
QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements
Proven experience as a Masonry Foreman - 5 years minimum
Able to meet all physical requirements.
Must have all required tools.
Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft).
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Observe and comply with all safety and project rules.
Must possess strong working knowledge skills and abilities for position.
Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision.
Team player, and goal oriented.
Adaptable to varying projects.
Strong management and interpersonal skills with problem solving ability.
Proficient in the safe and efficient use of electrical, hand tools, power tools and layout tools as well as measurement tools

Layout Experience is helpful.
