* Supervise the Installation of railroad track and embankments including: special track work, road crossings, signage, and rail lubricators
* Capable of using hand and power tools and a wide variety of sizes and types of track machines including:
* Spike pullers, spike drivers, tie adze, hydraulic rail jacks, power wrenches, tie boring machines, rail drills, rail grinders, and rail saws
* Highway trucks equipped with rail guide wheels, hydraulic booms, and lift gates to remove and replace ties, rails, fasteners - cut or screw spikes, anti-creepers, bolts, elastic clips, insulators, rail seat pads, and conventional and insulated rail joints, special track work components, crushed rock ballast, crossing surfaces, paving, subgrade material, vegetation, signs, and structures.
* May work with a crew or independently.
* Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years experience in railroad construction or maintenance.
* Must have or be willing to obtain a Class A or B driving classification in a timely manner.
* Mechanical comprehension and experience interpreting schematics and diagrams preferred.
* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
* Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Must be reliable, organized, and flexible.
* Must submit daily activity logs
* Ability to work on a computer daily to complete tasks.
* Communicate effectively, both orally and written.
* Experience with Word and Excel.

Job Summary
Direct and coordinate all phases of the activities within the designated work groups that may include Mill, Operations, Loadout, Yard, Pit 2/ Reclamation, Pit 3, Olive Pit, temporary Pits and Maintenance. Other work groups may be added at the discretion of management. Responsible for inspecting work area, coordinating of work team activities, ordering of parts and supplies, maintenance of the operations within the designated areas which can include, but not limited to: dredge, plant, dust machines, support equipment, and lake areas. Main Responsibilities
* Reports directly to the Aggregate Manager and/or Superintendent
* Ensures that production product is up to specs and/ or import is placed properly
* Works with the Aggregate Manager and/or Superintendent on scheduling of employees
* Maintains production and inspection logs and makes sure that they are submitted on a daily basis
* Responsible for ordering parts and supplies for maintaining the plant and its associated work areas
* Works with the Aggregate Manager and/or Superintendent on maintaining an effective Preventive Maintenance Program for the plant and its associated work areas
* Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe work environment for all individuals who work or visit the work sites
* Inspect equipment prior to shift for safety, cleanliness, environmental and maintenance defects

Skills
* 10 years' experience in aggregate mining and/or reclamation or equivalent
* Knowledgeable in all phases of heavy equipment
* Must be able to read blue prints and grade stakes
* Must know cuts and fills
* GPS knowledge preferred
* Knowledge of iPads preferred
* Some knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook preferred

The ranch foreman's primary role is oversight and direction of day-to-day operations at the ranch. This is an essential part of our team, who works in collaboration with Ranch Manager and Area Manager to ensure the overall care and maintenance of ranch grounds is met. Essential Responsibilities: 50%
Oversee, communicate, and direct farm employee crew in a positive way to succeed and produce results.
Maintain safe work practices.
In collaboration with Ranch Manager, assist in the direction and coordination of the overall operations of the ranch including maintenance, irrigation, pesticide application, and harvesting.
Individual Responsibilities: 40%
Provide leadership to FLC crew and directing them to ensure completion of necessary tasks using safe and efficient approach.
Inspect and observe fields, to determine upcoming jobs such as cultivation, irrigation, harvesting, and spray applications according to time of year.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of all work activities.
Report all safety, compliance, or any other issues immediately to Ranch Manager.
Train personnel in work procedure, safety policies, and the use of machinery.
Accurate record keeping of equipment maintenance, pesticide inventory, and irrigation schedules.
Report to management daily to determine cost per acre.

Group Overview
Air Mobility Group (AIRMOB) is responsible for developing and delivering Metrea's aerial refueling (AAR) capabilities, ensuring the readiness and operational effectiveness of the tanker fleet. AIRMOB oversees fleet management, maintenance, and airworthiness, working to sustain and enhance refueling operations. It manages the integration of new processes and technologies, ensuring that tanker aircraft remain mission-ready through effective logistics, maintenance oversight, and regulatory compliance. By coordinating across various teams, AIRMOB ensures the fleet meets both current and future operational needs, supporting a range of specialized air mobility missions.
Position Summary
A Maintenance Crew Lead is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft. These individuals play a vital role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of the aircraft. They work in various settings, including airports, maintenance and repair facilities, and manufacturing plants. Maintenance Crew Leads adhere to strict regulatory guidelines set by aviation authorities, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States. They must undergo comprehensive training and obtain the necessary certifications to demonstrate their competency in specific aircraft types or systems. Their meticulous work and attention to detail contribute to the overall safety and reliability of aircraft, playing a critical role in the aviation industry.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead Aircraft Maintenance Crews during the inspection of the mechanical and electronic components of the Boeing C-135 series aircraft to identify discrepancies, serviceability, and airworthiness..
Crew Lead can expect to fill various skilled leadership positions such as work leader, task certifier, and various staff positions. Crew Lead levels should take courses or obtain added knowledge on managing resources and personnel.
Achieve and maintain systems knowledge and repair all systems of the Boeing C-135 series aircaft to include:
Hydraulics System - Replace hydraulic components, bleed systems, and diagnose defects.
Avionics - Guidance & Control / Radio Communications.
Jet Engine - Inspection, engine control rigging, and basic maintenance.
Electrics - Use wiring schematics, trace ground, and power faults, and rectify component failures.
Minor Fuel system repair, replace seals, in tank fuel probes and fuel system components.
Minor Sheet Metal repair, including minor riveting.
Aero Repair - Repair, replacement, and rigging of flight control surfaces.
Major / Minor aircraft inspections.
Perform daily aircraft inspections, launch/recover, refuel / defuel, debrief aircrew, troubleshoot, and repair discrepancies, jack aircraft, tow, and operate all required GSE (Ground Support Equipment).
Follow all safety directives, maintenance procedures, and FAA regulations.
Remain current on all required training and certifications.
Accurately record aircraft maintenance in the automated maintenance records system.
Flight-line driving.
Crew Leads are responsible for 10-12 Aircraft Mechanics.
All other duties assigned.
Skills and Experience
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
7+ years working with heavy commercial or military aircraft, towing, jacking, and hazardous material use, storage, and disposal.
Proven and demonstrable attention to detail skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, determining causes of errors and deciding on the appropriate
course of action required to resolve complex aircraft maintenance challenges.
Comprehensive understanding of company philosophy and processes.
Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to read and understand the information presented in writing, diagrams, and schematics.
Must be able to accomplish all duties with little or no assistance. Must have good command of the English language, oral and written.
Multi-Point Refueling System experience is a plus, but not essential.
CFM56-2B jet engine experience is a plus, but not essential.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (specifically Word and Excel)
A&P - license required.
Engine run qualified, and an ASTM NCATT Aircraft Electronic Technician Certificate.
Valid Driver's License.
