Provide lessons learned and feedback to support continuous improvement in current and future projects. Qualifications & Experiences: Vocational qualifications, technician certificate, or relevant experience in boiler-making, or mechanics. 2+ years in mechanical assembly, maintenance, or site supervision within an industrial or maintenance environment. Possession of relevant local safety certifications. Ability to read and interpret industrial plans Working knowledge of mechanics, welding and hydraulics. Experience in the maintenance of waste incineration plants Basic knowledge of boiler construction Understanding in reading plant design drawings Basis Knowledge of the local language, Good command of English; another language is a plus.
