Position Overview
The general role of a Tower Foreman - Wireless Services is to safely and efficiently complete equipment installations, repairs, and upgrades at communications sites both on the ground and at elevated heights without direct supervision. In addition, the Tower Foreman will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of up to 6 members. This work will be performed in both commercial and industrial locations.
This individual will represent Pillar Innovations in a safe, professional, and courteous manner. This position will require a flexible schedule which may include extensive travel, extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
The Tower Foreman will report to the Construction Manager - Wireless Services and will work primarily out of their assigned location.
What You'll Do
Build customer infrastructure, such as tower erection, expansion, and upgrades to new and existing wireless networks (e.g., tower mods, L&A installs)
Read, interpret, and edit site documents such as Construction Drawings, Radio Frequency Data Sheets, Structural Analyses, Mount Analyses, Tower Modification Design Drawings, etc.
Safely and efficiently complete equipment installations and upgrades at elevated heights
Identify, troubleshoot, and correct equipment and network functionality
Observe and report possible compound/equipment defects or hazards
Document job costs, including labor hours and material in an accurate and timely manner
Accurately follow instructions and complete assigned course of action in accordance with scope of work and methods of procedures (MOPs)
Complete Material Inventory upon delivery
Perform pre-work and post-work site audits
Obtain written customer approval for any change orders
Operate Test Equipment (RF Sweep Gear, PIM, and Fiber Testing)
Train and mentor Wireless Services team members

Site Supervisor (ALL SHIFTS) - South Charleston, WV Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
1st shift runs Monday through Friday (weekends required as needed) 7:00am - 3:30pm
2nd shift runs Monday through Friday (weekends required as needed) 3:00pm - 11:30pm
3rd shift runs Monday through Friday (weekends required as needed) 11:00pm - 7:30am
Job Description of the Shift Supervisor :
Oversee all day-to-day operations of CER personnel and quality control operations. Manage a positive customer relation with all corporate employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor:
Develop all new employees in conjunction with Territory/Area Manager in accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment
Maintain the daily schedule of all personnel and the lines in which will be functioning that day. Work closely with Territory/Area Manager to assure coverage is available when needed
Oversee payroll/timesheet logs are collected daily. Enter all hours and daily reports into eValidate on a daily basis
Conduct corrective counseling in regard to employees, review all requests for releases with Territory/Area Manager and Human Resources
Oversee all training and personnel including quality inspectors and team leaders. Verify that all training matrices are being updated and personnel are being properly trained
Maintain present operation structure and procedures are followed as trained and all documents are accurately maintained and submitted to the appropriate person (operations, office administration, human resources, etc.)
Continually review inconsistencies in performance of quality with Territory/Area Manager and Quality Manager
Assist the corporate human resources department in implementing new policies and procedures
Required skills needed of the Shift Supervisor :
High School Diploma/GED required, college coursework preferred
Minimum three-years' experience as a supervisor within the automotive quality environment required
Must be detailed oriented
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
Must have a background in automotive quality inspection (minimum two-years)
Must be able to lift 20lbs. repetitively throughout the shift
Ability to problem solve and work with fellow employees
Must be willing to work overtime as required
Additional requirements of the Shift Supervisor position :

Oversee 28 employees in the Day Camp. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior camp or childcare experience preferred.
