Ability to schedule visits to assure that the professional dietetic service needs of the facility are met. Ability to review therapeutic and regular diet plans and menus to assure they are in compliance with the physician's orders. Ability to review the dietary requirements of each resident admitted to the facility, as may be required. Ability to work with interdisciplinary team to develop a written plan of care that identified and addresses the dietary needs of the resident as well as the goal to be achieved for each need identified. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of university with a major concentration in a nutrition-related field or study. One year of full-time professional experience or graduate-level training in nutrition. Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Association. Previous Experience in a long-Term Care facility Preferred Ability to speak read and write English. The Director, USMA (United States Medical Affairs) Framework Architecture is responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving the medical affairs framework within US Medical Affairs. This role ensures medical affairs operates ethically, transparently and in full compliance with internal policies, industry codes and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the design and implementation of robust medical mechanisms for medical content, scientific exchange, evidence generation and external engagement to uphold the highest ethical standards, patient‑centricity, and scientific integrity. Develop and execute training programs for Medical Affairs personnel on the Medical Affairs framework and ethical standards. Track training completion and maintain audit‑readiness documentation.
