Conduct job safety analysis (JSA) prior to start of any work activity. Communicate all hazards to your crew members. Conducts toolbox safety talks with crew members prior to each job. Manage team members assigned to Synergy PSM work locations: Routinely train and positively coach employees to improve performance. Resolves conflicts and initiates disciplinary action of employees when appropriate. Ensure all full-time and temporary employees' clock in and out properly daily. Supervise multiple job sites and/or crew leaders. Assign work activities based on skill level and proficiency. Planning of weekend hours and cleaning plan. Documenting weekly completions based on work completed over weekend. Ensures good on-site customer relations by responding to customer needs and coordinating with Operations Managers and Regional Managers. Effectively communicates special on-site job requirements Lead by example, able to serve in any operational role as needed. Additional Responsibilities Assist with employee performance reviews. Promote employee development and engagement. Ability to multitask and perform various duties as assigned. Ability to adapt to rapid response business model. Maintain cleanliness of work area and company property Willing and available to travel to other Synergy PSM sites as needed. Off-hour communication via email or text to temp agencies and customers. Required Skills Familiar with computer use, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Email Ability to carry/lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor. Ability to maintain alertness and acuity is not typically impaired by any medication, diet, or physical condition. Ability to maintain good personal hygiene. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, sit and maneuver in confined spaces. Ability to wear respirators in environments that may expose you to chemicals, fumes, etc. Possess and regularly maintain attention to detail. Required Experience High School education or equivalent is preferred. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license. Chauffeurs license or Commercial Driver's License a plus. Expert-level OSHA 10 Standards. OSHA 30 preferred but not required. Specific exposure in maintenance systems including paint. Understanding and knowledge of mechanical concepts and applications. Including but not limited to vacuuming, water blasting, industrial cleaning, etc. Ability to actively listen. Enforce policies specific to the client and document important information for both the client and Proman. Control costs of the operation including overtime, unemployment, show up pay, PPE usage and worker's comp to ensure the financial success of the operation. Will work with branch office to implement recruiting campaigns. Customer Management Ensure customer satisfaction through identifying and addressing their needs and requirements in a timely and thoughtful manner and providing appropriate follow-up. Ensure compliance with Proman Staffing safety guidelines with site inspections and monitoring of accidents. Assist customer as needed with any workforce concerns. Build and maintain a positive business relationship with customer through frequent and open communications with key contacts and branch management. May assist with resolving customer billing questions. Team Management Work in conjunction with Branch Manager to counsel and discipline employees as needed. Maintain required documentation for all performance management activities. Monitor and obtain signature approvals for all time tickets prior to payroll preparation. If required, enter accurate and timely payroll information in the Avionte system. Assure communication of all Proman Staffing and client work policies and assure compliance with same. Provide timely unemployment and accident reporting. Monitor worker's compensation costs and provide oversight of transitional duty assignments. Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site. Installs products and services with the support of a national team of trained professionals. Innovates and troubleshoots situations as needed based on requirements to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables. Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work. Ensures all final documentation is done completely/accurately and is given to the proper parties.
