The Site Supervisor will be the primary interface for the Contract Field Team (CFT) at the 366

Fighter Wing (FW), Mountain Home AFB, ID. providing Organizational, Intermediate and Depot (OID) level maintenance support and modifications on F-15 aircraft. Supervise day-to-day organizational level support maintenance in accordance with (IAW) the scope of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Coordinate and manage technical and administrative operations and all other aspects of support program to ensure timely availability of weapon systems to meet specified operational requirements. Ensure Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) meet or exceed contract performance requirements. Provide expertise and advice on technical, and logistical matters and the effective use of CMS efforts. Coordinate maintenance program IAW all applicable Air Force maintenance management documents and directives.

Performs duties as primary interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
Performs duties as primary interface with Corporate CFT Program Manager and submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
Performs duties as primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality and submits required reports accordingly.
Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs.
Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment.
Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of Air Force Aviation Maintenance Procedures with a minimum of 20 years' experience and 10 years' experience supporting F-15 aircraft.
Eight years as a Maintenance Officer or senior maintenance NCO responsible for Air Force Maintenance Program with a minimum 8 years of experience supervising aviation maintenance support requirements or civilian equivalents.
Basic Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of Aviation Maintenance Program with a minimum of 8 years experience.
A minimum of 5 years as a Maintenance Officer or senior maintenance NCO responsible for an Air Force Aviation Maintenance Program with a minimum 5 years of experience supervising aircraft maintenance support requirements or civilian equivalents.
Site Supervisor shall possess required training, qualifications, proficiency, and security clearances and satisfy all access requirements prior to commencement of work.
Compensation
$90,000/year
Other Compensation
Employees will receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.00 for every hour paid up to 40 hours per week.

About this Role
FiberTel, LLC is hiring a Telecom Field Supervisor for our Sacramento, CA location.
The Telecom Field Supervisor will oversee the operations of multiple construction sites and the daily activities at each site. She/he will be responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials. He/she will supervise the foreman and crews performing work at each job site. Overview

This position is responsible for assisting management with clinical operations in the field. They will help with recruiting, supervise new hire training, and act as a liaison between the assistants in the field, Branch Managers and Field Operations Manager. Works collaboratively with all departments to achieve the coordination of high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, on-board, and train field assistants.
Ensure consistency in all training and coaching provided to the field assistants.
Provides feedback to the employee and manager for coaching and performance reviews.
Ensure field employees have appropriate tools, systems, and supplies with a good understanding knowledge of function.
Approve payroll and expense reports for the field staff.
Manage the clinic schedule and assist with coverage and reschedules as needed.

Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 4-years dental practice environment experience.
State Dental Assistant and/or dental x-ray credentials
Hep B Vaccination preferred.
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and self-motivated to set the pace of the team.
