The qualified candidate we seek is a Restoration Foreman with these QUALIFICATIONS : Valid Driver's License & Auto Insurance: Required for this travel-intensive role. Previous experience as a Restoration Foreman or in a similar leadership role within concrete restoration, structural repair, or construction. In-depth knowledge of concrete materials, repair techniques, pouring, finishing processes, and excavation work. As well as experience with coatings and media blasting. Experience with layouts of footers and concrete slabs and reading/understanding blueprints. Knowledge on how to use a laser to set grade. Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage a crew and ensure project goals are met with a focus on teamwork and efficiency. Analytical mindset, able to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance project quality and reduce timelines. Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to documentation. Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Physical fitness and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks associated with concrete restoration. And these COMPETENCIES : Equipment Operation: Proficient in handling and operating specialized tools and equipment used in concrete restoration work, including drills, grinders, pumps, and spray machines. Physical Stamina: The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
