Ensure core training is conducted for new employees within assigned facility(s) Conduct initial and refresher functional training within assigned facility(s) Conduct functional certification process, to include training, measurement, and testing as part of official certification for hourly positions within the facility(s) Conduct safety training and other training as needed within assigned facility(s) Monitor LIFE (Learning in Field Experience) for assigned facility to ensure full compliance with established training policies, procedures and objectives Conduct CIT street inspections and observation rides for assigned facility(s) as part of functional certification process Track and report on all required city and state permits and/or licenses for assigned facility(s), and monitor and report training requirement changes affecting those permits and/or licenses
Ensure that safety and security equipment and supplies are in place at all times within the facility(s): Radios, Firearms, Vests, Uniforms and Equipment Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned Guard liability and assets

Working hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm with some flexibility. With the flexibility of shifting some days to meet second shift.No weekends, holidays or travel will be required. Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 18.50

Maximum: 33.65

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

1+ years experience in a distribution center or training delivery role

Preferred Qualifications

Experience facilitating remote and in person training- Knowledge of adult learning principles- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills- Strong coaching and feedback skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed

Education

High school diploma or GED required- Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Dual Rate Supervisor (Only on Off Days)
• Schedule and Manage all Orientations for Front Office, Valet, Housekeeping, and Bellman
• Train all Front Office & PBX Staff
• Monitor Front Desk agent activity and system transactions
• Monitor PBX agent activity and system transaction
• Verify nightly rates, coupons, and comps
• Balance room inventory for arrivals
• Monitor any suite booking and upgrades
• Report any issues via email to Supervisors and Front Office Manager
• Maintain Inventory of Gift Shop and Front Office Supplies

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in training delivery.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite application such as Word, PPT, Excel, SharePoint.
