The following duties are typical for this classification. * Performs a full range of program support and duties in support of assigned program area. * Participates in planning, organizing, and coordinating assigned program activities; implements procedures that will assist in efficient day-to-day operations of assigned area. * Provides training assistance to students, staff, and community partners including trainings and community forums to be delivered in both online and on campus formats. * Assists with study workshops for the state exam in addiction studies certificate program. * Attends a variety of on- and off- campus meetings in support of, and related to, programs designed for Human Services with faculty, students and agencies that provide intern and employment opportunities for Human Service, Case Management and Addiction Studies certificate programs. * Compiles and tracks statistical data for the department. * Acts as a liaison between the students, the College and Community Agency Partners to provide resources and information. * Submits monthly reports of program activities. * Other duties as assigned.
