Our team in Jersey City, NJ is looking for a new Regional Air Logistics Trainer Specialist Your Role Be an asset and work with the Air Logistics team Your Responsibilities The development and application of a training curriculum dedicated to airfreight systems operations in alignment with K+N Corporate Training guidelines, therein activities will include:
• The development, administration and dissemination of CBT - Computer Based Training material,
• On-site and virtual systems and general airfreight staff training (new and recurrent).
• Coordinate with the NAM and global airfreight Training organization on training roll out plans;
• Tracking, maintaining and reporting training attendance records for all trainings
• Collaboration with core systems development and support staff
• Collaboration with Process Management staff
• Collaboration with regional Support staff on training needs and deployment;
• Collaboration with training resources within the SJO Shared Service Center
• On site or virtual training coordination of systems changes, new systems and/or processes in support of overall company initiatives, ensure initiatives are reflected in the training material
• Develop NAM specific training when required
• Share responsibility for the identification, development and deployment of efficiency based operational initiatives, and work closely with the Airfreight process team to identify and develop areas where process improvement can be achieved.
• Collaboration within NAM and globally to identify training tools
• Other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and material to Effectively Train Staff on KN operating systems
• Develop strategies to increase performance of staff based on training
• Ensure training is executed for system releases and system roll outs
• Close cooperation with responsible branch offices and teams
• Self-driven analysis of systems, processes- and performance Your Skills and Experiences • High degree of process and Systems Knowledge
• At least 12 month operational background in Air Export or Air Import
• Ability to Travel within region and at times outside of region
• Ability to be self-disciplined and persistent, as well as patient
• Be fluent in the English language

The Wealth Management Business Development & Field Training organization supports the Firm's Financial Advisors by managing the field sales support of non-banking products and the business development functions for our branch network.

As a member of the Regional Sales Team, Training Specialists are responsible for encouraging adoption of the Modern Wealth platform and Wealth Management Desktop, as well as executing National strategic and tactical initiatives.

**Job Summary**

Implements and administers training activities at a FedEx Ground station or hub in support of the Company's overall training strategy. Serves as an ongoing educational and training resource to ensure all facility employees receive training needed to effectively complete their jobs.

**Essential Functions**

• Manages the training curriculum for all employees in the facility. • Ensures Package Handler training events are properly prepared and executed with established materials within established timelines. • Monitors continuous on-the-job training of employees, as needed, by demonstrating proper training with them on the dock and guiding managers on effective training methods. • Manages and leads weekly Package Handler retention team meetings. • Provides training, follow-up coaching and feedback to managers based on individual needs and development opportunities. • Works with the facility Senior Manager, District Staff and the PGH University to determine training gaps. • Responds to requests for and questions about training initiatives in a timely fashion. • May conduct or assist with Package Handler orientation sessions. **NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** **• Performs other duties as assigned.**

**Minimum Education**

**• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business Administration, Business Management or related field preferred.**

**Minimum Experience**

**• One (1) year experience required in instructor-led training, field operations or related area**

**Required Skills, Abilities and / or Licensure**

**• Working knowledge of field operations and/or training principles. • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications. • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences and ability to effectively provide employees instruction on process and practice. • Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals. • Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple processes, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs. • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions. • Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.**
