This position develops effective tools and aids for system training; provides support to system users through knowledge of clinical workflows, documentation needs, and clinical practice standards, when adapting software to meet their needs; works with clinical support staff to create or adapt written protocols; and prepares detailed specs encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk and impact analysis.
