Beth Clymer is the Chief Financial Officer at Jobcase. She joined Jobcase in May 2019.

Beth comes to Jobcase with more than 16 years of finance and operations experience, most recently as an Operating Partner at Bain Capital Private Equity where she partnered with CEOs, CFOs, and management teams to grow and transform companies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Beth was a consultant at the Parthenon Group, a Boston-based business strategy and consulting firm now owned by accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP. Beth holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from Princeton University. Additionally, Beth and her husband are parents to two young daughters and are active philanthropists in the Boston area and beyond.

Arthur Thompson is the Chief Technology Officer at Jobcase. Arthur joined Jobcase in January of 2020.

Previously, Arthur was Head of Operations Engineering for Wayfair, one of many leadership roles over his 10-year tenure where he helped drive Wayfair's rapid growth. In his decade at Wayfair, Arthur played numerous technological and organizational leadership roles. There, he oversaw both consumer-facing software development and operations technology development leading multiple teams of 500+ engineers and product managers. Most recently his major focus was on advancing Wayfair's complex and growing supply chain capabilities.

Hilary Dionne is a Chief of Staff at Jobcase.
