Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts from 7:00AM to 3:30PM
No weekends, holidays, or on-call required
Two lab suites with an average of 1 to 2 cases per day
Patients include those requiring left and right heart catheterizations, pacemaker placements, and permacath procedures
Utilizes Philips and GE rooms and XPER equipment
Charting is completed using the MEDITECH EMR system; experience required
No floating required to other units
Daily responsibilities include pre, intra, and post-procedure care for cardiac cath lab patients
Surgical scrubs (light blue) are provided for staff

Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of relevant ICU nursing experience
NIH Stroke Scale certification is preferred
Recent experience with Impella and IABP devices required
Nursys verification and license primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
Must provide US Social Security Number and US home address
