As CEO of the company, Gary Joeris is responsible for formulating short-term and long-term goals, as well as company policies, in order to achieve overall corporate objectives. During his 30-year career in commercial construction, Gary has adhered to and deepened the same high quality business ethics on which his father built the firm. He is active in each project, and his strong leadership and management skills have been key factors in the firm’s continued success. In addition, Gary is actively involved in many business and community organizations. Gary is an employee owner of Joeris General Contractors, Ltd.

Kristian Pearson is a Chief Strategy Officer at Joeris General Contractors and is based in San Antonio, Texas. He has worked as Project & Design Manager at Viking Steel, Chief Operating Officer at Guido & Companies, and Director of Preconstruction and Construction Support Services at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction Inc. Kristian attended Gamma Beta Phi Society between 1986 and 1991.
