Starting Rate: $13.00 per hour plus tips
General Description:
Responsible to provide food, beverages and service to Guests at a level of quality that ensures their satisfaction and their desire to return.

Specific Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that each Guest/Customer receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest with our Joffrey's greeting “WELCOME TO JOFFREY'S' maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.
2. Controls shrink.
3. Monitor and ensure the quality of all beverages and foods served in the unit.
4. Possess a high degree of knowledge in explaining the origins, production and brewing of Joffrey's coffee products.
5. Maintain and environment which communicates a mission to constantly meet Guest expectations.
6. Follow procedures designed to meet standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
7. Maintain all equipment and machinery in safe, efficient working order
8. Observe standards of safety and security
9. Maintain clear, responsive communication with the corporate office and appropriate multi-level persons.
10. Perform other tasks as required.

Essential Physical Requirements:

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Engages and provides assistance to our Members by making recommendations along with answering questions regarding meat, poultry, and seafood. Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members.
Cuts, grinds, and/or processes fresh meats to company cutting standards. Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood to company packaging standards.
Makes sure the meat case showcases all currently available products. Ensures the meat department maintains an appropriate level of inventory.
Ensures the meat, seafood, prepared foods, and cheese cases are fully stocked. Rotates meats, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses according to expiration dates. Follows established guidelines when disposing of damaged and/or expired products.
Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, display fixtures, and areas in the meat department, including the meat cooler, freezer, and refrigerated display cases.
Inspects and stores meat upon delivery. Ensures that all received meats meet or exceed company quality standards.

Qualifications:
To be a Produce Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market qualified candidates must:
Be at least 18 years of age and have 1-3 years of experience working in a grocery retail setting with management experience in produce. A basic knowledge of math, weights and measures also required
Have good communication skills; and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and sanitize work area (including tables, floor, walls, cases, cooler, freezer, etc.)
Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
Be able to perform the following: standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., from 4" to 72", for a distance up 3 feet for between 10- 50 hours without mechanical assistance
Be able to use a pallet jack to move pallets a distance up to 20 feet, requiring a force of up to 85 pounds for up to 5 hours
Maneuver six wheel carts requiring a force up to 35 lbs., up to 2 hours, a distance up to 20 feet
Be able to walk a total up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift should be expected
Achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permi t
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business changes, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Possess a working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
Have and show outgoing and friendly behavior along with a positive attitude towards Team Members and customers.

Starting Rate: $13.00 per hour plus tips
General Description:
Responsible to provide food, beverages and service to Guests at a level of quality that ensures their satisfaction and their desire to return.
Qualification/Requirements:
• Solid product knowledge
• Barista Certification
• Able to resolve complaints and problems as they arise from customers and employees

5. Maintain and environment which communicates a mission to constantly meet Guest expectations.
6. Follow procedures designed to meet standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

9. Maintain clear, responsive communication with the corporate office and appropriate multi-level persons.
10. Perform other tasks as required.

Essential Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
2. Ability to communicate with associates and guests.

4. Ability to freely access all areas of the kiosks and theme parks including selling areas, stock area, and register area.
5. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the kiosks.

8. Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee kiosk operations.
