Cons of working at Johanna Foods

Employers don't care about their employees if you think you will get a bonus for Xmas well you will get a large box of Xmas wrapping paper with bows mailed to you The pay scale is horrible and you don't get trained like you should. If you call human resources you might get called back after more than 1 call. If you have a question about benefits you get told to call union then the union tells you to call Johanna foods the Benefits are terrific but if you stay there because of the benefits you might be going to doctors more They don't care about you There is 1 or 2 people who do but you are just a number
