Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.

Essential Functions

Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary.
Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter.

Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline.
Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions.

Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles.
Frequently ascends/descends stairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters, wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath the vehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services, lubrication)
Able to work for extended periods of time with arms above your head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk.
Constantly positions self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath the vehicle.
Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds.
Able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas.
Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order.
Environment
In this position you will be subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside and in varying temperature conditions.
In this position you will be subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
In this position you will be subject to hazards. Includes a variety of conditions including but not limited to proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals.

About the Role
At Ariat, we are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and forward-thinking Director of Strategy to develop and support the execution of our go-to-market strategy. The role will report to the Vice President of Strategy & Analytics, and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and the broader organization.
Through rigorous analyses, focus on our customers, creative thinking, and deep partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, the Director of Strategy develops the overall strategic direction for Ariat. About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join the Footwear ecommerce/DTC team to support and drive our aggressive growth goals. In this role, you will position and bring to life the seasonal product lines for the Ariat.com channel, with alignment on our business objectives. The person in this role will identify opportunities and execute strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams in Product, Planning, Marketing, Site Merchandising, UX/CX, Data, and more. This role will report to the Director of eCommerce Merchandising, Footwear.
We are a relatively new team with a dynamic business, which means change is a way of life and flexibility is a rule, so you will need to be comfortable operating in an environment with some ambiguity.

Managing pre-season assortment planning for designated product area => 60%.
Recapping and sharing business insights with Product Managers and cross-functional partners.

Batching OperatorThis position is responsible for batching activities as required by production demand; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements.
Essential Functions
Precisely inspects, stages, weighs, and mixes ingredients according to the product recipes. Collaborates with Quality Assurance Technician on the analytical results and makes modifications or adjustments to the batches when needed (i.e. Brix, Acid, pH, color).

Injection Operator (Days) 2-2-3 schedule Injection Operator performs a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of injection processes and responsible for day-to-day operations associated an array of PET and HDPE injection equipment and its auxiliary equipment. *(Niagara purchases primarily Husky, but also other OEMs).

Your main responsibilities will include:
Warmly welcoming visitors to our showroom and acting as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for Fireclay Tile.
Gathering essential customer information, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses for follow-up.
Answering product questions and providing general information about Fireclay Tile.
Maintaining a clean and inviting showroom environment to enhance the customer experience.
Compensation: $21 per hour. Your Impact:
Sales Support: Provide essential support to our sales team by gathering client information on the sales floor and helping to maintain a smooth customer flow in the showroom.
Client Engagement: Deliver an exceptional experience to clients, helping them feel warm, welcome, and taken care of from the moment they step into our showroom.
Brand Ambassadorship: Embody and represent Fireclay Tile's core values and commitment to sustainability, acting as a brand ambassador within the showroom and potentially at local events in the broader design community.
Operational Excellence: Contribute to maintaining our showroom standards, ensuring a clean, attractive, and welcoming environment that enhances the customer experience and complies with all policies and procedures.

Core Purpose
To support the Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns, in organizing, coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, print and field channels.
The Integrated Campaigns Manager keeps campaigns moving by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communication between teams. This role ensures each campaign is organized, cohesive, and launched with creative excellence, supporting Arbonne's mission to inspire healthy living inside and out.
Responsibilities
Support the creation of integrated campaign briefs, content calendars, presentations, and recaps that clearly outline priorities and messaging across channels.
Facilitate key campaign checkpoints and meetings, capturing next steps and maintaining organized documentation in Wrike and shared systems.
Manage day-to-day campaign operations in Wrike, including task creation, deadlines, approvals, and cross-functional communication.
Track progress, flag risks, and communicate updates proactively while anticipating needs to keep campaigns moving forward smoothly.
Support post-campaign wrap-up by summarizing milestones, results, and what worked and what didn't to inform future planning.
Monitor and report on industry, marketing and cultural trends and competitors in the direct selling, skincare, nutrition and beauty spaces to help inspire creative thinking and strengthen execution.
Ideal Candidate
4-6 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or project management.
Solid understanding of creative production processes (design, copy, review, and delivery).
Strong communicator with excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Skilled in Wrike (preferred) or similar project management systems.
Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industries a plus.
Calm, proactive, and highly collaborative, comfortable managing across teams without formal authority.
