DESCRIPTION
Provides services and supports for clients that help the residents develop appropriate skills to increase or maintain their level of functioning. Transfer residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, chairs, toilets, etc. Using the training and guidelines provided for such activities. Pushing clients in wheelchairs may also be required.
Assist residents of either gender in personal self-management activities including eating, toileting, bathing, personal hygiene and grooming, cleaning, community access, personal spending, socialization, recreation, skill acquisition, and self-expression.
Participate in the inventory, ordering and/or purchasing of client program supplies, including food or medications, as assigned.
IV. Safety of Milieu
Effectively assess and manage crisis situations.
Demonstrate effective verbal intervention skills in de-escalating clients.
Demonstrate ability to identify risk situations and manage aggressive behaviors.
Maintain clean, sanitary, and safe conditions; for example, sweeping, mopping,vacuuming, window washing, etc both routinely and as needed. Report allhazards.

Education and Experience
This position must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a criminal history background check, and have a current drivers license. Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal formats.

Provides culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment to people served by Community Counseling Solutions (CCS). The position provides the treatment in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR's) and the mission and values of CCS. The position works closely with other involved community partners and is professional in all aspects of service delivery. Additionally, this position assists administration in meeting the behavioral health needs of the community. To help identify and support young people whose symptoms are consistent with the onset of a psychotic illness such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder with psychosis. To help identify diagnosis and appropriate treatment and support referents in linking to appropriate care.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and communicate local/regional process for referral, referral tracking, screening, outreach, and admission to services, and clinical coordination of identified young people.
Conduct EASA screening and assessment.

Facilitate family education and support in individual and multi-family group formats working with 12 to 30 year old client with first psychotic break or prodromal symptoms.
Initiate contact with local counties and providers to identify capacity and needs, and assemble a local/regional team which can provide community education and local services to EASA fidelity.

Plan, coordinate, track and help implement community education and social marketing.

Provide clinical services to children, adults and families. This would include but is not limited to screening, assessment, individual and group therapy, consultation, and all other allowed clinical services.
Actively participate in joint case planning and coordination with agency employees and relevant agency contractors. Act as a liaison between clients and other agencies. Act as a client advocate when appropriate.
Actively participate in group and individual supervision sessions.
Work with other staff and community representatives to initiate new programs, reviews, evaluates and revises existing programs as necessary.
Perform joint case planning and coordination in areas of behavioral health with other community agencies including but not limited to: schools, group homes, police organizations, district attorney's offices, courts, community clinics and hospitals and other agencies in the Department of Human Services.

The Malheur National Forest of the Pacific Northwest Region of the USDA Forest Service is seeking individual placements to help restore recently-burned forests. The Malheur National Forest of 1.7 million acres is in the scenic and remote Blue Mountain ecoregion in Eastern Oregon. Forest Headquarters are in John Day, Oregon, with three ranger districts. Selected placements will work on a variety of post-fire restoration projects, including invasive plant surveys and control and native plant seed collection.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Invasive surveys on foot and in a pickup truck or UTV along roads, trails, and cross-country
Invasive control using hand tools, herbicides, and biological controls
Native plant seed collection
Native plant seeding in fire-disturbed areas
Data collection using provided electronic devices and Field Maps or Survey 123 apps
Navigation using electronic devices and maps
Marginal Duties
Development of ArcGIS online maps for field use
Management of online data
Assisting with other field data collection projects with botany, wildlife, and other programs as needed
Complete required trainings for vehicle use, field check out systems, and related tasks
Required Qualifications
Driver's license
Natural resources background
Ability and desire to learn to recognize about 20 species of common roadside noxious weeds and about 20 species of native plants targeted for seed collection
Ability to safely operate a pickup truck on sometimes rough 4-wheel-drive roads
Must work well with a team and independently
Ability to carry and load up to 50 lb bags of seed or ~4 gallon backpack sprayer over rugged terrain
Reliable and trustworthy, including proper safety management around mechanical tools
There is an expectation of up to $2,000 of out-of pocket expenses for Duty-Related Travel. This is a tax-free reimbursement and receipts are required. Your SCA Program Coordinator, will assist you with the reimbursement process.
This SCA Position is authorized under the Public Land Corps Authority. All participants must be between the ages of 16 and 30, inclusive, or veterans age 35 or younger. Participants must also be a citizen or national of the United States or lawful permanent resident alien of the United States. Hours served can be applied toward the Public Land Corps (PLC) hiring authority.

* Provides program oversight and guidance related to the use of prescribed fire and naturally ignited wildfires to achieve Land and Resource Management Plan objectives.
* Responsible for the smoke management program to ensure compliance with state air quality standards. Coordinates with federal, state, and local government air quality officials in their development of operational procedures and reporting.
* Evaluates fuel treatments on-the-ground for compliance with policies, standards, and guidelines. Provides advice, counsel, and guidance to field personnel on correct procedures and practices.
* Develops local policy, standards, and guidelines for the Forest's Fuel Management Program, including aspects in environmental assessments, prescribed burning plans, fuel treatment standards, inventories, and smoke management.
* Reviews environmental documents, prescribed fire plans, and fire management plans of other agencies and stakeholders which will affect the unit.
* Implements and administers prescribed fire activities, wildfire response, and fuels management activities to ensure targets are achieved, management objectives are met and mitigation measures are adequate.

An appropriate combination of specialized experience and graduate level education (beyond what is required for a master's degree, i.e., more than 36 semester hours leading to a Ph.D.).

* OR-
Fire Management Operations - analyzing and applying fire management strategies, plus experience in at least five of the following activities: Mobilization and dispatch coordination, Fire prevention and education, Training, Logistics, Equipment development and deployment, Fire communication systems, Suppression and preparedness and/or Aviation.

Assist residents of either gender in personal self-management activities including eating, toileting, bathing, personal hygiene and grooming, cleaning, community access, personal spending, socialization, recreation, skill acquisition, and self-expression.
Participate in the inventory, ordering and/or purchasing of client program supplies, including food or medications, as assigned.
IV. Safety of Milieu
Effectively assess and manage crisis situations.
Demonstrate effective verbal intervention skills in de-escalating clients.
Demonstrate ability to identify risk situations and manage aggressive behaviors.

QUALFICATIONS
Education and Experience
This position must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a criminal history background check, and have a current drivers license. Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal formats.
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS:
Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 181.536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 410-007-0200 through 410-007-0380.
In addition to a pre-employment background check, each employee, volunteer and contractor shall be checked on a monthly basis against the OIG and GSA exclusion lists, as well as other federal and state agency lists. If it is discovered that an employee, volunteer or contractor is excluded or sanctioned it will be the cause for immediate termination of employment, volunteering, or the termination of the contract.
PERSONAL AUTO INSURANCE:
Must hold a valid driver's license as well as personal auto insurance for privately owned Vehicles utilized for CCS business such as client service purposes, travel between business offices and the community, to attend required meetings and trainings.
Must show proof of $300,000 or more liability coverage for bodily injury and $100,000 or more in property damage and maintain said level of coverage for the duration of employment at CCS.
The employee's insurance is primary with CCS insurance being secondary. CCS reserves the right to deny any employee the use of a vehicle owned by CCS.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires an individual to be regularly available for work as scheduled. Position requires professional and personal skills to cope with stress associated with work involving a high degree of mental, emotional and physical demands. This position also requires the ability to bend, stoop, push and pull on an ongoing basis. This position may require an individual to lift and transfer clients using a two-person lifting technique. Applicants with prior banking experience in new accounts or as a personal banker may be hired as a Customer Service Rep, which works as a teller and new accounts representative and offers a different pay range.
Persons in the Teller position process a variety of basic customer service account transactions. Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly service with highest level of confidentiality.
Schedule for this position: 8:15 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday, until 6:00 pm some Fridays.
