Your Responsibilities
As a SoftwareEngineer for John Deere in Moline, IL, you will:
* Design, develop and test code required to deliver desired functionality;
* Provide technical input on application development-related tasks, standard frameworks, activities and initiatives;
* Participate in discussions with the product team, Engineering Manager, and SPDM leadership team to identify innovative solutions;
* Provide resolutions of complex functional issues and lead preventative recurrence initiatives;
* Participate in a DevOps culture including supporting CI/CD, development, and maintenance of a robust and reliable build pipeline, and appropriate automated testing for product functionality;
* Assist with Quality activities such as code review, pair programming, root cause analysis, and debugging;

What Skills You Need
* 4 years of experience in design, development, testing and integration of high complex software solutions in Java, Java Script, REACT or Python
* 4 years of experience in application development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
* 4 years of experience working with test driven development and unit testing frameworks in an Agile/Scrum team environment
* 4 years of experience with leveraging DevSecOps and Lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery with Public Cloud providers such as AWS or Azure
* 4 years of experience with full stack design patterns and designing loosely coupled architectures with knowledge of system integration and API (REST services)
Education/Experience

Responsibilities
Representative responsibilities include the following:
Maintain surveillance, on a day-to-day basis, over the full range of field engineering activities associated with specific phases of a major military construction project.
Provide expertise and guidance concerning safety and quality assurance. Ensure adherence to safety regulations in day-to-day construction activities.
Review contractor's proposed schedules for logic, adequacy, and practicability that milestones will be met.
Review contractor's payment estimate submittals, progress measurement data, and reports of materials and equipment used.
Prepare daily activities report, which includes instruction to contractor representative, quantities of pay items placed, weather conditions, progress of construction, reasons for delay, and any unusual problems encountered.
Provide expertise and guidance concerning safety and quality assurance to all sections and personnel under the purview of the project.
Ensure compliance with environmental Best Management Practices per the contract.
Support project related outreach efforts as required.
Support construction oversight manager and Government COR/Project Manager as directed in support of construction execution.
Analyze problems and review and interpret the requirement of plans and specifications.
Monitor the layout of work and inspection of all work in progress.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years of construction oversight experience including surveillance, monitoring, and controlling construction of all types (horizontal construction preferred), to ensure compliance with contract documents and to ensure use of proper construction materials and techniques. Experience should also include reviewing construction technical data for progress reports, preparing data for processing of pay estimates for construction projects, and enforcing construction industry and safety standards on construction projects.
One or more of the following certifications are highly preferred:
OSHA 30 Construction
Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP)
Construction Quality Management (CQM)
EM 385-1-1
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Autodesk, etc.).
Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to effectively solve problems.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
Experience in managing multiple projects with independent schedules and budgets simultaneously.

⚙️ What You'll Do

Responsibilities
The Contractor Team shall train machine learning models in a variety of ways, to meet a variety of functions, including but not limited to: Synthesis of code to be used for automated webscrapes; Automation of other functions related to webscrapes, including detection and "self-healing" of scrapes; Automated visual detection of object types (like types of vehicles, license plates, etc) within video data; Automated review and analysis of terms of service of companies; Automating open source collection of data that could be used to train Sponsor-owned AI/ML systems and models. The Contractor Team shall provide Model training based on training data that may need to be acquired from other components. Qualifications
Required
Demonstrated experience with the ability to understand and automate customer workflows and business processes with AI solutions
Demonstrated experience in data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
Demonstrated in-depth experience and knowledge of machine learning tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.
Demonstrated experience with extensive math and computer science skills, with a deep understanding of probability, statistics, and algorithms
Demonstrated experience in AI/ML specific programming languages, such as Python, Jav, C++, Conda, etc.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a Backend SoftwareEngineer with strong C# / .NET, Entity Framework, and Relational Database skills to join our logistics app team. Responsibilities
General:
The Software Developer will be responsible for full stack software design and development.
This individual should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills, experienced in Agile frameworks and modern coding languages.
Duties include meeting with clients to determine their software needs, coding, and testingsoftware to ensure functionality, and updating software programs to refine components such as cybersecurity measures.
