Got to work on project independently.
lack of inclusive environment and diversity.
Good salary benefits
The environment and people and production level and learning how to drive and operating tractors
The management and supervisors decisions too help employees and motivation to find a position that best suits also the pay rates for the work that is done
Learning how to use different machinery and tractors
I pretty much know I lot of things and I like working in metal stamping machines
I'm relocated in another city , which I'm away from home and family
Per diem
Even though the company is stable, there recently was a reduction in workforce that left some unemployed and others moving their families to a different state.
Location
My favorite perk of working for John Deere is their understanding when there is a personal issue. One example would be the death of a family member.
Great culture. Challenging assignments.
Things are changing.
Great bonuses. Excellent benefits.
Free healthcare
The constant overtime and only taking time off when they tell you you can. Shut downs.
Free healthcare and pay
It was always a challenge, never a dull moment
The new leadership team doesn't care about the people who have been there for years

Management is awful. They don't care about training correctly just throw you in and have at it and if you don't do well it's your fault not theres
Pay is good
Ownership of your suppliers. Among the 42 suppliers I manage on my desk, I like mist about this position is that you are empowered to take control and own the situation with every part/ supplier. You are the point of contact.
No paid time off.
For the lack of benefits, the best perk/benefit was the training provided.
Benefits such as insurance and 401k
They don't care about their employees. If they did, they would not change things to make it difficult to perform to the best of your abilities. People are different and so are their abilities, so why group everyone together?
