There are a lot of clashing egos and a strong hierarchy. Not a lot of collaboration or appreciation for employees who aren't doctors. The pay is pretty poor and people are generally unhappy in their jobs. There is a feeling that the university/ hospital is making a huge profit and passing none of that onto workers. Show More
