Great starting pay and full benefits with 401k and PTO package. The warehouses are kept relatively tidy.

Supervisors are hit or miss per say. The warehouses are physically demanding leaving you sore and tired in between work days. Slow progression in pay increase.

The company is doing really well so job security is not much of a worry!

The hours are pretty normal unless you’re a driver

Pay is bad, management is awful, no incentive or motivation to do well...you will get nothing and just told to do more. Raises once a year, maybe 40 cents if lucky. Just a dreadful place to work. Employees are the last thing they care about.

Management seems to only look out for themselves, doesn't listen, training is abysmal at best. Long, hard work hours and no PTO allowed October trough December but that just comes with the industry.
