What you will do
Under general supervision, coordinates employee safety statistics, track safety training, track and manage truck inventory counts, generate on-call schedules, assist with customer surveys, and follow up on connected system's needs. Work with CRC to schedule customer service requests, from initiation to service completion, and maximize technical resource productivity and profitability by efficiently scheduling and dispatching Technicians with guidance from the STM and Team Leads. Generate and track customer orders, process shipments, track branch, and vehicle inventories, set up new customer accounts, and work with vendors on invoice and shipment issues.
Partners effectively with the Service Team Manager to ensure technical service work is completed in a reasonable timeframe and to the customer's expectations. Analyzes and assesses technical team performance and adjusts as needed to enhance customer satisfaction in a cost-effective manner.
How you will do it
Utilize Microsoft Windows platform tools and company software to track, manage, and support operations metrics.
Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.
Prepares yearly, monthly, and weekly inventory counts and uploads into company platforms.
Create new employee trunk locations, tool, and product inventories.
Participates in business review meetings by preparing and discussing critical account information pertinent to current profitability status (i.e. outstanding claims, PSA variance, Accounts Receivable issues) and customer satisfaction issues. Researches and follows up on questions identified during the monthly business reviews.
Ensures that all customer account information required to support call management activities and scheduling of tasks are kept up to date in NxGen.
Create new customer accounts, reconcile updates, and manage changes with account information.
Facilitates administration of warranty claims.
Track and update monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory cycle counts.
Create RMA's, prepare shipments for return, track receipt, and follow up on any delays.
Other duties and administrative activities as assigned.
What we look for
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients. Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet business application usage and strong data management capabilities.
Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred.
Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles is desired.

What will you do
Johnson Controls has an opening for a Material Handler working in a warehouse environment responsible for timely and efficiently ordering supplies, receipt and stocking of inventory, and shipping for the assigned Sales & Service Office inventory.
The Material Handler ensures the security and accountability of inventory by documenting transactions using computer-based systems such as Oracle and Perpetual Inventory, processes transactions in accordance with procedures established by Johnson Controls Integrated Security and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines, and periodically conducts physical inventories and system reviews.
How will you do it
Completes online orders for hardware, cable, and other miscellaneous items as required for the Sales & Service Office (SSO) for the Service and Installation departments and processes purchase orders to maintain the inventory levels in the SSO warehouse.
Ensures that the local SSO warehouse is a safe, organized, and secure facility and takes immediate corrective action necessary to regain compliance when defaults are found.
Uses the Perpetual Inventory functionality to document transactions on equipment to and from various sub-inventories assuring that the physical inventory and the "booked" inventory in the system match and investigates and resolves any discrepancies.
Pulls and issues hardware as required for installation and service jobs as required.
Replenishes truck stock for each fleet vehicle and moves material from shipping/distribution trucks into the warehouse.
Opens shipments and verifies parts ordered, unpacks, removes, and reconciles items for each department, and tracks and forwards receipt for materials purchased to Accounts.
Identifies shelf locators to be entered into the Perpetual Inventory system and stocks all warehouse shelves in accordance with established static stock and hardware guidelines.
Delivers incoming material not assigned to the warehouse to its proper destination and ensures that the inventory is properly documented into the appropriate sub-inventory.
Maintains product knowledge for items in stock and answers technical questions related to the work order, its number, and equipment needed.
Examines equipment returned from cancelled accounts to determine if the equipment should be repaired, replaced under warranty, returned to manufacturers for credit, or disposed of within Perpetual Inventory and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.
Maintains control logs and copies of all invoice transactions for material procurement and material handling as per federal, state, and local regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
Our Ingersoll Rand's Compression Systems and Services Customer Center is hiring a Light Industrial Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Customer Center equipment sales and service activity for a specific territory. Traveling in a defined geographic area, this includes quoting, strategizing, prospecting, and developing relationships to achieve revenue targets, maximize profits, increase market share and maintain customer loyalty while achieving organizational goals. The position is a unique blend of supporting a major distributor and selling direct to customers.
Responsibilities:
* Generate Revenue - Responsible for generating sales of equipment, service contracts, and service offerings with our direct end users and partners selling to a defined customer base within a geographic area. Develop existing customer base and secure new, competitive accounts to expand IR presence in the market. Provide and design compressed air solutions to fulfill industrial customer needs. Products include compressed air equipment, accessories, turnkey installations, service contracts, parts, service, rental equipment and energy audits. Keep current with all product knowledge, industry standards and training needed. Execute strategy for continuous improvement and exceeding customer satisfaction. Achieve all assigned sales targets.
* Develop People Capabilities - Provide selling skills and product/services training for dealer sales personnel (as required) as well as personnel within customer center. Partner with services team to best understand products and services and satisfy and anticipate customer's needs.

What you will do:
Building System Surveyor is to support Johnson Controls Building Solutions HVAC sales associates in performing on-time and accurate customer site surveys and project design deliverables in support of the Global Center of Excellence Network. At a local branch level this pre-sales support role will work together with GCoE Application Engineers while proactively maintaining local authority familiarity, sub-contractor relationships and a working knowledge of the core JCI Controls, Equipment and Service product offerings. The Building System Surveyor performs a critical function as part of the GCoE network to ensure that JCI HVAC seller's pre-sale needs are met through a focus on high quality collaboration, professional on-site assessments, and by adhering to a standardized process and deliverables.
How you will do it
* Conduct timely and accurate mechanical equipment or control system survey and on-site equipment assessments at the local branch level to meet pre-sale support request needs.

Fire Sprinkler Installation employees are responsible for the installation, service, and repair of fire protection systems including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam suppression systems, as well as fire pumps and backflow devices. What you will do
Our Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program is a 6-month technical sales development program for Recent College Graduates that focuses on creating market share by strategic selling Johnson Controls' HVAC products and services to commercial customers. In this program you will have a chance to apply your technical engineering knowledge and business acumen to work with customers to better understand their product and project needs by being the subject matter expert. As part of the program, you will participate in a 6-month training and development program combining classroom, field orientation, and on the job training. As a Superintendent, you will:
* Supervises the field construction process of assigned projects in accordance with the plans and specifications, to ensure that each phase of the work is completed on schedule, within the budget, and with the quality workmanship expected by the company and the customer
* Supervises, inspects, reviews, records and reports on all site construction related activity ensuring that the assigned subcontractors perform their work on schedule. May supervise one or more projects at the same time.
* Understand and develop means and methods for the construction/installation requirements of the particular project (in conjunction with Project Manager).
* Supervise and coordinate activities of all employees and subcontractors.
* Assist with quality control functions per contract requirements (submittal reviews, daily reports, preparatory meetings and other quality control program features). To ensure project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements.
* Enforce, facilitate and follow Company and contract safety requirements. Assist with SSHO functions per company standard practices and per contract requirement if required per the position.
* Schedule and plan work tasks, monitor progress of work with schedule updates (in conjunction with Project Manager)
* Prepare budgets and forecasts (in conjunction with Project Manager)
* Coordinate inspections, verifications, tests, and other contractual requirements with client.
* Participate in regular project/site meetings with subcontractors, architects, engineers, client representatives and other groups.
* Direct and coordinate subcontractor activities.
* Is the primary management team member on the site on a day-to-day basis to identify and correct issues or deficiencies and/or escalate issues and deficiencies up the management chain to Project Manager and/or regional management.
* Conducts self study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines. Completes certifications as required by the company.
Required Qualifications:
* (Level I): Five (5) or more years of project coordination and supervision of construction projects in the commercial and/or industrial building construction industry.
* (Level II): Seven (7) or more years of project coordination and supervision of construction projects in the commercial and/or industrial building construction industry.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for employee supervision and client interface.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Procore, and basic Windows environment
* Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances at level required for assigned projects (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.)
* Basic to in depth understanding of HVAC and Building Automation Systems
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Federal and/or State government projects

As a Control Systems Operator, you will:

Required Qualifications:
* Operational Experience working with Siemens Apogee, Siemens Desigo, Tridium Niagara, Metasys, or other comparable Building Automation Systems (BAS)
* Experience commissioning, troubleshooting or installing DDC systems
* Knowledge and competency of HVAC principles
* Knowledge and proficiency using a computer
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision
* Basic knowledge of safety equipment, requirements for use, and HVAC systems safety procedures and protocols
* The ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances and/or badges as required to perform site duties. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.)
Preferred Qualifications:

What you will do
Under general direction, general direction, acts as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete control systems projects with assigned customers.
