What you will do
Performs assigned system Service and Maintenance including preventative maintenance, commissioning, and Installation. Troubleshot and resolves Security (Intrusion, Access Control, IP Video, Intercom, Network, Gates, and Barriers to name some of the systems
How you will do it
Diagnoses and repairs complex electronic control system malfunction's requiring extensive knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems and ability to test and write modifications in multiple languages of systems software.
Provides sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and drawings.
Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. Meets regularly with customer to become familiar with operating problems. Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided outstanding issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, and or repairs. Promotes the sale of add-on work.
Manages assigned work to meet professional execution, of time and customer satisfaction. Reports problems or changes to management immediately. Works with branch manager, service manager, service project manager or subcontractors on projects to coordinate activities as required in an ethical and professional manner.
Adheres to all Johnson Controls and customer safety standards. Provides safety awareness on work sites.
May provide training to customers on electronic control systems operations. Delivers manuals and documentation to the customer for training needs as required.
Mentors and trains mechanical workforce on building automation systems. Provides support to the mechanical staff on non-complex, non-critical equipment.
Compiles job documentation, such as certificate of completion, customer training forms, training certificates and punch lists.
Conducts extensive self-study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines. Completes certifications as required by the company.
What we look for
Required
* Computer technology, 3-5 years of industry experience or experience in servicing electronic systems.
* Generally required knowledge of Low Voltage controls systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques
* Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent Johnson Controls to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner
* Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people. Leadership skills to support the activities of Tech's and subcontractors working on non-complex, non-critical Building Automation equipment on a job site
* PC experience required and the ability to program System, American Dynamics, Avigilon, Lenel, Genetec, Kantech, Amag and others
Preferred:
* Vocational School four-year program or an Associate degree in electronics, Systems, computer technology, similar field plus three years of industry experience or five years of experience in servicing electronic industry.
* Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.
* Leadership skills to support the activities of Tech's and Subcontractors working on complex, non-critical Building Automation equipment on a job site.

What you will do
As a senior level team member of the iMPACT Fly Team, you will be responsible for traveling 75-100% of the time to and assisting JCI Customers at all levels of building automation system programming, checkout and commissioning.
This will include validating hardware and software commissioning activities for building automation systems. You will need to apply your advanced HVAC & Building Automation experience to work on assigned projects.
You will work directly on multiple project teams to assist the Project Managers and Field Technicians.
How you will do it
Loads system-level controller software
Performs advanced commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (such as: sensors, actuators, etc.) and completes all required commissioning documentation
Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues
Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment
Completes administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation
Documents changes and provides information for as-built documentation
Communicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site
Follows all safety standards and attends required safety training. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.

Job Overview:
This exciting role is critical to driving a great customer experience and channel engagement for our strategic accounts globally as it relates to sales. Job Overview:
The Material Handler under general supervision, distributes either production or non - production items and materials to various locations throughout the warehouse. Materials may consist of purchased parts, in process parts, or finished goods.
Responsibilities:

The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is $58,000-$72,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
