What you will do
Our continued growth has produced a need for a talented Life Safety Electronic Service Sales Representative to join our team. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for professionally representing the Company and promoting and selling Electronic Fire Service offerings to various customers and end users within your assigned territory and accounts. This is a Field Sales Representative position responsible for selling Electronic Services (Moves, Adds and changes) to an assigned customer base.
How you will do it
Manage the entire sales process, from uncovering opportunity, developing solution/value proposition, preparing designs, creating contracts, negotiating terms, closing opportunities, and providing ongoing customer service through service delivery.
Collaborate with other sales, technical, design engineering, service, support, and management teams to meet customer needs.
Assume Account Representative/Account Management responsibilities including coordination of services (installation, customer training, etc.) to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Quickly identify and qualify opportunities utilizing excellent sales, presentation, and closing techniques.
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to enhance customer understanding of company product offerings.
Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates.
Maintain an active proposal backlog to support achieving the designated sales plan.
Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform necessary follow-up for successful closing of sales.
Close sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives.
Investigate and resolve customer issues regarding delivery dates, billings, financing, and other related matters.
Maintain established accounts through regular customer contact to pursue additional sales.
Conduct periodic market investigations within assigned territory to develop new applications; provide sales forecasting for the territory.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all sales-related activities.

What you will do
The HVAC Hard-working Building Account Exec is part of our Building Technologies & Solutions business at Johnson Controls. This position will support our growing New Construction business.
Johnson Controls is partnering with customers to create "Smart Buildings" throughout the world. The focus of this role is on the solution, to integrate Johnson Controls Core products, and Open Blue technology into large, new construction and renovation building projects. This includes the technology in HVAC, fire, security, controls, nurse call systems, etc. The Account Executive will also partner with our field sales professionals selling equipment, and services giving our customers opportunities to bundle multiple offerings.
The Account Executive will sell these high-level technology integration solutions to building owners and their Agents on new construction projects in all vertical markets, including healthcare, airports, arenas, stadiums, university campuses, etc. These are large, sophisticated construction projects to start creating the thoughtful building infrastructure that will continue to grow over time. Therefore, we are looking for a seasoned account executive, construction project executive, with a consistent track record of success leading and driving these high-level technology solutions conversations with executives while visualizing and communicating how it will all come together throughout the construction process.

How you will do it
* Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for the sale of integrated Johnson Controls Core products and Open Blue technology to architects, owners, and their consultants responsible for new construction and renovation building projects.
* Promote the JCI value proposition to executive level contractors and consultants by providing comprehensive technology solutions for the customer's business, and operational needs. Builds and handles long term customer relationships/partnerships with key and target building owners.
* Implements the sales process to aid in cultivating and running long-term relationships and in seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities.
* Leads ongoing sales process, responds to, and anticipates customer needs. Focus on a few projects while leading one to two at a time.
* Leverage monthly checkpoints to gain progressive commitments from the customer. Seek to expand the depth and breadth of offerings within that account. Select customer pursuit teams for major opportunities by combining members from outside Area and outside Systems team.
* Uses JCI Sales process within the construction development process to position JCI as the only responsible and responsive provider. Demonstrates technical knowledge and a solution that matches the customer's project challenge to provide value to the customer and favorably position JCI.
* Qualifies and assesses potential customers. Refers lead to other business segments while offering bundled packages to our customers.
* Addresses customer's operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements.

* Uses JCI sales process monthly checkpoints to gain progressive commitments from the customer. Manages process steps of the pipeline in Sales Force with a focus on next steps, action items, and turning point dates.
* Owns the sales team by building and fostering team relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Solicits support from and communicates effectively with internal staff. Develops relationship with Solutions and Service sales organization to exceed customers expectations. Owns and facilitates the customer relationship.
* Assists in the development of the team or Area Office Systems sales and marketing plans and strategies. Aides in the implementation of these strategies and action plans. Targets new customers based on vertical market strategies.
* Collaborate and partner with our internal Project Design Engineers. Communicate the vision of the project and work closely on specifications throughout the design phase. Engage the Design Engineers in meetings with customers to review specific technologies.
* Keep open communication with all levels of management in Capital Projects as well as Area Management team in Field Operations relating to business assessment, analysis, and reviews.

* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, architecture, construction management, or business, or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of five to seven years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level.
* A minimum of three years of experience working in the building technologies industry.
* Construction industry knowledge is required. Must understand the construction process and potential challenges when discussing project solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to assess building technology needs, design, and present proposed turnkey solutions.
* Experience in the traditional plan & spec bid and/or design-build markets.
* Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels. Strong initiative and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with the architectural, engineering and specifier community to educate about Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC (METUS) products and their applications, along with increase the number of specifications, and subsequent sales within an assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform direct and joint sales calls to develop relationships with local architects, engineers, and contractors-educating them on applying CITY MULTI Variable Refrigerant Flow systems and other Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC products.
Deliver educational presentations to architects, engineers, contractors, and commercial sales channels.
Occasional job site visits to support customers and service group members.
Participate in local professional networking groups, industry associations, and industry trade shows.
Enter and maintain customer information, activities, and quotations in SalesForce Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) or other systems as required.
Manage project pipeline ensuring that they are tracked within the SalesForce CRM system.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $72,800 and $100,100/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions of 30% of total compensation calculated as achievement against annual revenue targets, incentive compensation and discretionary awards

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform joint sales calls to develop relationships with local architects, engineers, and contractors-educating them on applying CITY MULTI Variable Refrigerant Flow systems and other Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC products.
Develop presentation skills by observing and participating in educational presentations to architects, engineers, contractors, and commercial sales channels.
Participate in local professional networking groups, industry associations, and industry trade shows.
Enter and maintain customer information, activities, and quotations in SalesForce Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) or other systems as required.
Assist with project pipelines and associated design documents while ensuring that projects are tracked within the SalesForce CRM system.
Occasional job site visits with customers and service group members to gain industry field knowledge.
Work with assigned mentor to increase relevant job skills and knowledge.
Willing to travel up to 30% to for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly internationally.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering (or comparable industry experience)
0-2 years technical sales experience, preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend architect and engineer plans preferred.
Familiar with PowerPoint/Excel/Word and other Microsoft Office products.
Experience with public speaking.
Strong technical aptitude preferred.
Must reside in the Business Unit Geography.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $64,350 and $82,500/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position here at CTS is one of our most challenging technical roles. This position has the unique opportunity to handle high-level engineering issues, lead discussions for new facility build-outs, and be a technical leader here at CTS. RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS | SKILLS
10+ Years of technology services experience, ideally in a strategic role such as IT Director or as a vCIO or Pre-Sales Engineer at an MSP.
Experience implementing and/or architecting network infrastructure such as Switches, Wireless, Firewalls, and WAN Connectivity.
Experience implementing and/or architecting server/cloud infrastructure such as VMware, Windows Servers, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
Experience developing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Project Management Certifications (CAPM, PMP) are a plus!

What you will do

What you will do
Inspectors are responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance on Electrical, Sprinkler or Suppression life safety product lines as well as similar competitive manufacturers' product lines.
How you will do it
* Test and inspect fire alarm systems with existing and new customer base.
* Maintain proper documentation for work performed using tools provided
* Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices for the operation of low voltage equipment.
* Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding through communication devices such as laptop computers and/or hard copy.
* Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.
* Input, retrieve and archive inspection documents via mobile device.
* Make minor repairs and programming changes to systems being inspected.
* Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures
* Carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 70lbs
* Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions; such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment
* Must be able to work alternative shifts or weekends to meet customer needs
* Must perform all duties in a safe and professional manner & maintain a clean and safe work area

**Field Process Engineer - Wastewater**
**Xylem is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Process Engineer - Wastewater to support our industrial, municipal water, and wastewater facilities, reverse osmosis, Microfiltration , clarification, APT Equipment. Highly experienced with commissioning wastewater equipment, operating and maintaining wastewater treatment machinery & equipment and systems preferred. Proficient with startup and commissioning of wastewater processes like precipitation, neutralization, clarification, microfiltration / filtration, and related infrastructure technologies such as dosing pumps, pumps/motors, VFDs, and potentially filter press technology**
**This role is key to delivering and optimizing cutting-edge water treatment systems that keep our industrial clients running at peak performance.**
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Provide technical assistance and support to company engineers and equipment end users in the quick and efficient startup of newly installed wastewater equipment, training of site personnel in the operation and maintenance and repair of the equipment.
+ Work in industrial, municipal water, and wastewater facilities that may be under construction or already existing and may be required to travel internationally as well as domestically, with some extended stays. Work may exceed eight hours per day.
+ Be responsible for the commissioning of both single water treatment devices as well as entire industrial systems.
+ Maintain standard internal documents and reports, scripting details & updating tasks including managing and separating work done, and work to be done to maintain typical project schedules.
+ Use Microsoft Office suite daily and internal programs such as on-line travel assistants and electronic expense reporting programs (SAP, Concur ideal).
+ Develop a positive and professional working relationship with specialty and union site craft, learn and follow site rules and safety regulations, and use good judgment on behalf of Xylem.
+ Self-driven and ability to work onsite independently as needed.
**Education:**
**High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree preferred, although commensurate** **wastewater commissioning and troubleshooting** **experience will be considered.**
**Qualification:**
+ Ability to troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, and hydraulics / pneumatic systems required
+ Working knowledge in the startup and commissioning of wastewater processes like precipitation, neutralization, clarification, microfiltration / filtration, and related infrastructure technologies such as dosing pumps, pumps/motors, VFDs, and potentially filter press technology
+ The ability to troubleshoot instrumentation & use PLC programs and ladder logic is required (Allen Bradley and Siemens)
+ Comfortable working with and around electrical systems and panels rated at 480V, 240V, and 120V
+ Must be able to travel extensively in US and Canada (home every other weekend)
+ Highly experienced with commissioning wastewater equipment, operating and maintaining wastewater treatment machinery & equipment and systems preferred
+ Must have the ability to read and interpret basic electrical and mechanical drawings, P&IDs, installation and/or civil drawings, and the ability to discuss specifics, notes and changes with varied disciplines.
+ General computer skills are necessary in completing daily requirements
+ Available for extensive travel, often on short notice; (Both Domestic and International travel are likely to be required)
+ Organizational skills with good writing skills, able to craft documentation and perform presentations to suit the audience required
+ May be required to pass a 40-hour health and safety training for hazardous waste, at the company's expense.
+ Secondary language skills are desirable
+ Ability to work in elevations of around 15 thousand feet and varied weather conditions
+ Ability to obtain a Xylem company credit card required
+ Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record, and a valid passport (if required).
+ An ability to gain access to a nuclear power site by passing a related sociological screen may be necessary, plus any other testing requirements to access a customer site.
**The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000.00 to $125,000.00. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
