How will you do it
We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians who have experience with Residential and/or ducted products, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHU's or Roof Top ducted units. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve facility inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of commissioning and aftermarket service. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently to include upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
What we look for
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial setting.
Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for startup, commissioning, trouble shooting and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.
Must be a member or willing to join a local Union.
Able to repair but not limited to centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, screw chillers system components.
Opportunity to invest in career development. You will enroll in training programs and JCI's STA to gain knowledge in HVAC products and sales quoting.
You will work collaboratively with other local market mechanics.
Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills. Able to write and communicate to the customer problem, cause, and corrective actions.

Pay Range: $39.33 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.

What you will do
This skilled position involves installing field devices, programming, troubleshooting, configuring and commissioning Fire Alarm Systems at commercial customer sites. Position is mainly focused on programming fire alarm systems but will include field installation of devices as needed.
How you will do it
Perform tasks and training as previously described.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational/product manuals.
Knowledge of sequence of operations relating to the operation of Fire Alarm Systems and other systems interfaced with Fire Alarm Systems.

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals
Experience with hand tools test equipment, multi-meter usage, digital analyzer and commissioning devices
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.

Area included in the Southeast Region: Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Responsibilities:
* Environmental Sales Channel Partner (SCP) Management - Review the Environmental market coverage and partners as needed to increase Environmental sales revenue.
* Manage Environmental Sales Opportunities through the sales cycle and assist Sales Channel Partners in closing project opportunities.
* Utilize Dodge analytics, GovSpend, and dashboard metrics for ENV SCP review meetings.
* Make joint sales calls with Environmental SCP's to position Seepex products & services and manage current Environmental market OEM's and work with Business Development Manager to identify new ones.
* Educate SCP and Environmental Engineers on Seepex Products / Specifications.
* Maintain a list of key biosolids and pump personnel within Engineering firms.
* Review Specifications, position Seepex products and attempt to gain a competitive advantage on bid jobs.
* Direct Environmental Aftermarket Sales Partners and TM's to call on plants as needed.
* Analyze named competitors and record any competitive differences.
* Select Seepex equipment and recommend to Environmental Application Engineers.
* Hold pre-bid meetings with Environmental SCP's to review pricing and set strategy, bid Project with Environmental SCP, and record bid price along with any other relevant data for tracking of projects and report bid results as they become available.

+ Provide technical assistance and support to company engineers and equipment end users in the quick and efficient startup of newly installed wastewater equipment, training of site personnel in the operation and maintenance and repair of the equipment.
+ Work in industrial, municipal water, and wastewater facilities that may be under construction or already existing and may be required to travel internationally as well as domestically, with some extended stays. Work may exceed eight hours per day.
+ Be responsible for the commissioning of both single water treatment devices as well as entire industrial systems.
+ Maintain standard internal documents and reports, scripting details & updating tasks including managing and separating work done, and work to be done to maintain typical project schedules.
+ Use Microsoft Office suite daily and internal programs such as on-line travel assistants and electronic expense reporting programs (SAP, Concur ideal).

What will you do
The Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor is responsible for the proper coordination, execution, and follow-up of service jobs. Supervise and Schedule Day to day activities of technicians working with the Scheduler. Responsible for managing service operations and programs designed to meet Branches objectives in the areas of revenue, sales, margin, implement action plans, train and mentor technicians to meet Branches objectives.
How you will do it
Revenue responsibility- Including implementing plans, programs and processes designed to meet and exceed corporate goals and objectives as well as maximizing market potential of the service business including new bookings (sales), revenue and profitability.
Customer Satisfaction: Responsible for maintaining effective customer communications along with building solid customer relationships from initial contact through order acquisition, delivery, installation and service. Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while quickly resolving customer complaints concerning service and collection issues thereby minimizing customer concerns and enhancing customer relations.
Productivity Improvement: Responsible for setting fair and manageable territories for technicians. Ensure that fair and effective performance measurements are assigned and that employees are motivated to achieve and/or exceed their assigned goals and objectives utilizing management tools and practices. Also responsible to be proficient at, perform as required and instruct/train all new and existing clerical and dispatch personnel in all specific job procedures including our CRM system.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all employees comply with corporate safety programs. Responsible to ensure that employee safety training id through, complete and up to date. Identify safety issues and hazards and notify corporate safety office of those conditions that require corrective action.

Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a supervisory position.
Available for local/regional travel, which may include nights and weekends to accommodate customer's schedule.

Role Summary:

What will you do
The basic function of this position is to supervise inspectors in performing routine inspection, testing and preventative maintenance of company product line, as well as, similar competitive product line inspections. Provide specialized training and direction to inspectors and trainees. Required to audit the service delivery and review performance of inspection teams.
How you will do it
Oversee fire alarm and sprinkler inspectors' day-to-day tasks, recommend new hires, promotions and provide assistance in performance evaluation and training of technicians.
Responsible for the total completion of all inspections and contract obligations, i.e. cleaning, or subcontractor work by coordinating with dispatch the scheduling of all inspection teams.
Make sure all inspections are scheduled timely and completed on schedule.
Work with inspections dispatch and Systems Integrity Representative in reviewing deficiency inspection reports.
Make sure deficiencies are properly followed up on as outlined in the company Deficiency Program.
Instruct and ensure inspectors are correctly completing Service Requests with proper coding through communicative devices, such as laptop computer and/or hardcopy. Ensure that a customer signature is obtained upon completion of all assigned calls.
Ensure that all company manuals, vehicles, tools, equipment, etc. are maintained by all inspections teams in accordance with Company procedures and policies and in a professional manner.
Ensure that effective performance measures are assigned, and that employees are motivated to achieve and exceed objectives in a professional, timely and quality manner.
Ensure all inspection and service personnel adhere to and follow safety guidelines and policies at all times.
Must provide on-going safety training to all inspection and service personnel.

Create prototypes and conduct testing to ensure design performs as expected.
Work with fabrication and manufacturing departments to ensure final design is properly executed in the creation of mechanical products.

* Disseminates engineering inputs to other departments for use in the preparation of technical orders, manuals, logistics support, reliability reports, maintainability data, and system safety inputs,
* Prepares material for presentation and participates in design reviews with both in-house personnel and customers in attendance.
* Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical hardware into the overall PLSS architecture.
* Develop schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and interface control documents.
* Support hardware prototyping, build-up, and functional testing in lab and environmental test settings.
* Perform failure analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with NASA and aerospace industry standards for safety, reliability, and human-rated systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
* 5+ years of Engineering experience in Aerospace.
* Proficiency with word processing software; spreadsheet software.
* Experience collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams and external customers.
* Understanding of aerospace EEE component safety practices.
* Experience using Python & good knowledge of Linux.
Preferences:
* Experience working with NASA or commercial spaceflight programs.
* Familiarity with PLSS or Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) architectures.
* Familiarity with software tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Python for test automation and data analysis.
* Familiarity with software revision control for flight systems.
* Experience with debugging and interacting with electrical and mechanical hardware.
* Experience with environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration, etc.).
* Experience with PTC Windchill.

What you will do
We are looking for a skilled Journeymen Chiller Mechanic who has worked in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets to join our team. Candidates should have a minimum of five years' chiller experience, with knowledge of maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and rebuilds of medium-large tonnage chillers of all brands.
How you will do it
You will be assigned primary service accounts and responsibility for executing contract maintenance visits, inspections, site assessments, service requests and recommending necessary upgrades or repairs in order to prolong the equipment life cycle of our customers equipment.
You will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face.
You will be expected to provide quote estimates for labor & material repairs and upgrades as needed.
You will represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact and be responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, analyzing, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer's location.
You will be required to use cutting-edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, rigging equipment, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair equipment.
You will be expected to continually enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
You will be expected to work as part of a team who is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of service to all its customers which may require the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
You will be added to our on-call rotations, since we are a 24/7 service company.
What we look for
Required
Three years of commercial, industrial, and/or institutional experience with all types of chillers, various compressor technologies, chiller control systems, and speed drives.
Requires Mechanical Journeyman status.
Member of Local Union 211 or willing to join.
Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld computers (i.e. smartphones, iPads) .
Adherence to company safety program.
Valid driver's license.
Appropriate licenses to work with refrigerant, boiler, and steam operational & service knowledge.
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to be on call nights and weekends on a schedule-rotating basis.
Preferred
More than 5 years of commercial, industrial, and/or institutional experience with all types of chillers, various compressor technologies, chiller control systems, and speed drives.
Pay Range: $39.33 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
