What you will do
Receive se
rvice calls from Service Resource Center, including a brief description of equipment/system malfunctions.
Contact customer representative and ascertain equipment/systems problems.
Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
These include but are not limited to wet (steel, copper and CPVC), dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps.
Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals, part manuals, change notices and bulletins, modification notices, etc., to diagnose and repair equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
Exhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with the district staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer's signature.
Participate in a scheduled On-call rotation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals

Must be willing to travel.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.

Coordinates labor scheduling to align technician to the appropriate customer and service need.
Communicates the action plan and services to be provided directly to the customer.

Answers any customer inquiries and resolves or escalates customer issues, as appropriate.

In this role you will perform documented inspections in the verification of conformance of parts to applicable drawings, procedures, specifications and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Besides, the QC Inspector is responsible for defining, advising and controlling all project required QC documents. The QC Inspector reports directly to the QC Supervisor/Manager.

Job Overview:
As an Aseptic Technician II, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the aseptic filling of pharmaceutical products in ISO class 7 rooms with ISO 4 and 5 filling hood systems. * Perform aseptic filling of pharmaceutical products using ISO class 7 clean rooms with ISO 4 and 5 filling hood systems.
* Operate equipment, including filling machines, autoclaves, and sterilizers, according to established protocols and SOP's.
* Will perform a variety of processing duties according to the Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) in the Manufacturing Department including, but not limited to the cleaning / recovery of classified area and work spaces, components preparation, weighing of the raw materials, compounding/formulation, filtration of solutions, aseptic filling, inspection, labeling and packaging.
* Prepare the clean room (materials, resources, etc.) with the aim of eliminating any errors and to work according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
* Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the filling room, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and surfaces.
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Complete all necessary documentation and records, including batch records and logbooks, according to GMP guidelines.

What you will do
Perform HVAC Control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance as it is related to mechanical, electrical, and low voltage controls components.

What we look for
Required:
* 2-4 years experience with BAS, Honeywell, Siemens , Tridium , Trane, Automated etc...
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems, sequence and applications
* Demonstrated technical aptitude in mechanical and electro-mechanical fields
* Able to use hand, power tools and electrical testing equipment such as a multi meter.
* Solid knowledge base in use of personal computers.
* Attention to detail.
* Good communication and listening skills.

Job Description
Controls Engineer designs, develops, and starts up industrial control systems used for controlling equipment, and machinery. Must have experience authoring original PLC code, and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or equivalent; or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Information
Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to comprehend and apply principles of advanced algebra, trigonometry. Ability to work with concepts such as limits, engineering equations.
