What you will do
The Service Sales Representative is critical to the overall growth and profitability of the HVAC Service business! The chosen candidate will be responsible for initiating, establishing and building profitable service relationships between new customers and Johnson Controls (JCI). Focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements as the key building block for establishing these relationships. The salesperson will work within an assigned geographic territory, working as part of a local branch office and teaming with sales and operations professionals within the branch. Uses sales tools to plan and document sales progress as well as increase business opportunity in current accounts. Expected to obtain and close business on a monthly basis.
How you will do it
Follows a disciplined and professional process to identify, target and qualify prospective new customers; takes advantage of market conditions and networks effectively to uncover new leads and contacts.
Contacts prospective customers and schedules appointments. Builds a referral network to identify new customers.
Conducts sales calls designed to identify key sources of problems and/or dissatisfaction confronting Facility Directors in operating and maintaining heating/cooling, ventilation and control system equipment.
Develops a sense of urgency to resolve needs and positions Johnson Controls as the supplier of choice. Proposes solutions to prospective customers needs through creative and innovative application of local branch service capabilities with a focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements with an emphasis on digital service offerings, sustainability, and decarburization. Understands the customer's business and speaks their language.
Reviews and finalizes proposals with prospects and secures their commitment to the Johnson Controls solution.
Conducts customer kick-off meetings, resolves customer issues, creates pull-through opportunities, maintains service agreements, extends service agreements and supports the collections process.
Keeps management informed of progress and account status using the Johnson Controls Salesforce.com tool and other means. Knows when to call for assistance from management to keep the sales process moving.
Develops and implements territory marketing plans consistent with the Johnson Controls Building Solutions business strategy. Attends and presents at trade shows. Participates in professional organizations.
Represents Johnson Controls professionally by conducting business according to the highest standards of quality, pride, integrity, and performance.

+ Work in industrial, municipal water, and wastewater facilities that may be under construction or already existing and may be required to travel internationally as well as domestically, with some extended stays. Work may exceed eight hours per day.
+ Be responsible for the commissioning of both single water treatment devices as well as entire industrial systems.

What you will do
The Project Manager for our Major Projects is part of our Building Technologies & Solutions business at Johnson Controls. Will lead large HVAC Controls construction projects. **The Role:**
The Electrical Controls Engineer I will be responsible for routine technical work and calculations in support of larger projects through guidance and direction from Sr. Engineers or Project Mgr. + Develops electrical panel drawings using AutoCad Electrical
+ Creates internal and external deliverables; Bill of Materials (BOMs), I/O Lists, Load Lists, Cutsheets, Control Narratives, Sequence Charts, Alarms Lists, etc
+ Basic skills to write PLC and HMI programs for water treatment systems utilizing Rockwell / Allen Bradley and Siemens systems
+ Configures automation networks, including Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, Profibus, Profinet and Modbus
+ Conducts Controls Checkouts, Factory Acceptance Testing. Configures automated valves, instrumentation, pumps, VFDs, PLC/HMIs, and other miscellaneous electrical hardware
+ Troubleshoots equipment operation issues which may be related to electrical design or programming
+ Supports Startup & Commission activities and pilot equipment in the field
+ Suggests and implements solutions
+ Commits to the deliverables with customers and/or management
+ Takes ownership of business practices to achieve impact within the role
+ Drive innovation, and continuous improvement of systems, methods, processes, tools, and standards
+ Experience with P&IDs, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Electrical (plus)
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering preferred but will consider degrees in other engineering disciplines.
+ 0-3 years of work experience
+ Experience in panel design and controls system engineering is strongly preferred, as well as experience in water industry

The estimated salary range for this position is $75K to $95K. The Role
The Quality Technician supports the quality needs of the Spring Valley operations while carrying out both local and corporate responsibilities. This role partners closely with the Quality Manager to advance business objectives and collaborates with the broader team to ensure all quality-related requirements are met.

Perform Incoming and Final Inspections as necessary
Address internal requests to initiate Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) in a timely manner and keep the total number of open NCRs below target.
Support the Shop Floor with any Quality related requests.
Lead root cause analysis and drive the implementation of mistake proofing to eliminate and preventative actions
Complete a “5-Why” for any “Repeat” or “Escape” non-conformance.
File and maintain Quality documentation as units are produced.
Provide maintained Quality documentation upon request.
Analyze existing operations and propose cost justified improvements.
Create Certificates of Conformance when needed.
Make requested changes to ISO documentation.
Support ISO 9001 audit preparation and other various audit preparations.
Implement any relevant Quality checks and measures.
Mark and tag defective hardware as necessary.
Create customer Quality documentation binders when required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
BS Degree in Quality or Engineering preferred
3+ years of manufacturing experience in quality assurance or similar role
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints with GD&T
ISO 9001 or equivalent experience preferred
Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Quality inspection and auditing experience preferred
Ability to create/revise Quality documentation to ISO 9001 standards preferred
Self-motivated personality required
Ability to problem solve, develop, and effectively communicate solutions

What you will do
Under general direction, responsible for the service & repair, design, configuration, and operation of complete HVAC building control systems and other low voltage control sub-systems (i.e., lighting, nurse call, data networks, etc.) to meet the intent of the customers and JCI goals. Accountable for quality, timeliness and efficiency of Service & repair and designs. Develops complex software programs, commissioning and solving to ensure proper operations of the building control system. Provides detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, Sales and Service team and subcontractors.
How you will do it
Designs, configures and services technically complex building control systems for the customers facility. Creates flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts, schedules and electrical schematics as required.
Develops and tests software programs necessary to operate the system per customer facility requirements' intent.
Coordinates and creates necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals, services and/or installation.
Selects, orders, and tracks the delivery of materials for assigned jobs.
Assists in the loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required. Assists in validation of complete system functionality and solves problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.
Provides field change information to the team for the creation of as-built drawings and software.
Keeps management and JCI contractor and customer informed of job progress and issues.
Assists in performing site-specific training for owner / operator on the total building control system.
Participates in coordination and release meetings with sales and service operations. Performs value engineering to provide cost effective results while maintaining customer satisfaction.
May provide work direction to Service Controls Technician I and Senior I and Senior II Controls Technicians.
Adheres to safety standards. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety
What we look for
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or minimum Eight (8) years' experience
Demonstrated knowledge of the construction or service, or HVAC industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building subsystems.
Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e., LON, BACnet, etc.).
Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience. Demonstrated advanced computer skills required, particularly computer-related drafting tools.
