Assist in disassembly, packing and loading of machines for shipment. Fill-in where required for absences. Order material and follow-up with receiving when required. Assist in start-up/de-bug of equipment. Recommend as appropriate work methods and/or materials that will improve existing designs. Travel as needed to assist in installations, de-bug, tryout, or problem solving at customer locations. Read and interpret build prints. Work with Mechanical Engineers and build Leaders to correct any problems with design of the machine/controls. Recommend, initiate, and follow-up as needed on engineering changes and document according to ECO procedures. Work on continuous improvement projects as needed. Support special assignments as needed.
