This remote role is responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue through technical product sales, and achieving performance targets aligned with our Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably with safety-critical products. How you will do it: Account Management & Growth * Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts in the fire suppression product space. * Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, procurement, and safety stakeholders. * Understand customer applications and provide tailored solutions using our fire suppression technologies. Sales Execution & Target Achievement * Meet or exceed quarterly and annual SIP targets. * Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product lines (e.g., clean agent systems, fire sprinkler, pre-engineered and standard products). * Collaborate with field sales and technical teams to support complex sales cycles. Technical Product Expertise * Stay current on product specifications, certifications (e.g., UL, FM), and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, ISO). * Translate technical features into customer value propositions. * Provide virtual product demos and support proposal development. Strategic Planning & Forecasting * Develop account plans and sales strategies tailored to customer segments (e.g., data centers, industrial facilities, OEMs). * Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance updates. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. What we look for: Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred). * 3+ years of sales or account management experience in the tech or industrial manufacturing sector. * Familiarity with fire suppression systems or safety-critical technologies is a strong plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills. * Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and remote collaboration tools. * Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $62,000 -83,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
