About This Role
This position within KVDL exists to serve the needs of clientele/stakeholders (clients, faculty, residents, students, coworkers) in regards to necropsy, sample reception, and assistance with all activities on the necropsy floor. This position will oversee and manage all necropsy floor activities including scheduling for teaching and research, disinfection, adherence to biosafety procedures and protocols in accordance with KVDL quality system, management of student workers, maintenance of equipment, record keeping related to the above activities, and maintenance and oversite of the KVDL bulk autoclave and tissue digester. This position will also serve as an assistant to pathologists in necropsy procedures and sample collection from other samples (i.e. rabies testing, BSE testing, CWD testing). Some flexibility may be required regarding work hours at selected/occasional times.

Position Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver engaging, high-quality instruction for non-credit business and leadership courses at Johnson County Community College (JCCC). Instructors may teach a variety of topics, including but not limited to communication, team dynamics, strategic planning, organizational leadership, project management, and other emerging areas based on industry needs. While most instructors teach multiple subjects, specialization in one area is acceptable. The ability to customize training for corporate clients is a valued bonus. Instruction should focus on practical, industry-relevant skills that support professional growth and workforce development. Training may be delivered on campus, virtually, or at client locations, depending on program and client needs.
Required Qualifications:
* Demonstrated expertise in one or more business or leadership topics (e.g., communication, team dynamics, strategic planning, organizational leadership, project management).
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a business, leadership, or related field.
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage adult learners.
* Ability to design and deliver practical, skills-based instruction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Commitment to maintaining a professional and inclusive classroom environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior teaching or training experience in adult education or corporate settings.

THIS POSITION IS FOR CURRENT MNU STUDENTS ONLY. WE ACCEPT BOTH FEDERAL & NON-FEDERAL WORK STUDY. Summary: MNU Intramurals Referees are responsible for officiating intramural sports offered at MidAmerica Nazarene University. They report to the ASG Director of Intramurals. They help in providing a safe atmosphere for our students to enjoy playing sports recreationally. Requirements & Responsibilities: Possess knowledge of the Intramural sport for which he/she is refereeing including the sport rules. Participation in that sport is preferred. Ability to communicate with peers in a calm and respectful manner. Respectful for those in authority including the Director of Student Life and the ASG Director of Intramurals. Demonstrate maturity in handling student issues while in competition including negative attitudes, arguing, pushing, aggressive behavior towards a peer, foul language. Provide support for the ASG Director of Intramurals in set up and tear down of sports equipment. People oriented. Able to provide students an opportunity to participate in good completive fun by being fair and consistent including enforcing intramural policies and procedures when needed. Be punctual in attendance and communicate absence at least 24 hours BEFORE start time for the sport. Evening and weekend work required.
