The Regional Therapy Advancement Manager (RTAM) is a field-based marketing role within Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology (EP), combining both sales and marketing responsibilities. Reporting to the Area Therapy Advancement Manager, this position is part of the U.S. Commercial Marketing organization. All activities are closely aligned with U.S. Commercial Marketing the Field Sales Organization to ensure maximum effectiveness in expanding patient access to care to therapies including cardiac catheter ablation. The RTAM will lead regional execution strategies and optimize resource utilization in partnership with key business stakeholders, including Professional Education, Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA), and Strategic Customer Group (SCG).
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
+ **Drive Awareness and Access to Therapy:** Engage hospital administrators, physicians, and patients to increase understanding of cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation (AFib), and available treatment options including catheter ablation.
+ **Analyze Market Dynamics:** Assess hospital and provider-side market dynamics, uncover gaps in operational efficiency and patient care, and deploy Therapy Advancement tools to expand patient access.
+ **Educate Referral Networks:** Provide education and resources to Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, and Emergency Medicine Physicians on ablation procedures, benefits, and outcomes to enhance understanding and maximize patient pathways to care.
+ **Develop Strategic Business Plans:** Collaborate with Area Therapy Advancement Managers and field sales teams to create and execute compliant, data-driven territory plans that achieve business objectives to expand patient access to care.
+ **Present Health Economic Insights:** Deliver complex health economic information to influential stakeholders including physician leaders, hospital executives, and their business partners in a way that is engaging, credible, and easily understood.
+ **Advocate for Electrophysiology Programs:** Engage health system administration and hospital leadership to gain alignment on projects and advocate for programs that can accelerate access to care and improve patient outcomes.
+ **Communicate Routinely with Field and Leadership:** Maintain regular communication with all members of the sales team and Johnson & Johnson MedTech EP leadership as outlined to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.

The Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr. MSL) is responsible for providing fair balanced, objective, scientific information and education to opinion leaders (OLs), health care professionals, and to internal partners as required by scientific and business needs. The primary role of the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is to engage in meaningful peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare system leaders such as Regional Thought Leaders (RTLs), National Thought Leaders, and Healthcare Professional (HCPs) within a defined geography to translate science into patient care. MSLs will also engage the top HCPs in high-disease burden hospitals.
The MSL captures medical insights and acts as a clinical & scientific advisor to cross-functional partners. Ensures applicable interactions are aligned with enterprise and medical strategies and ultimately serve to ensure patients have access to BMS medicines through their efforts to ensure the medical community is fully apprised of their safe and effective use. Additionally, the MSL will work with medical community to address other pertinent scientific related questions not limited to approved assets and indications. MSL engagement with HCPs is focused on pre- and peri-launch activities or according to lifecycle needs of the brand.
The MSL will engage in educational dialogue with relevant HCPs and share relevant clinical evidence and information based on the physicians' needs and in accordance with the field medical plan. The MSL will also be responsible for serving on a scheduled, standing basis as "Medical on Call" - virtually engaging treating physicians in the community, facilitated by their commercial counterpart, TAS (Therapeutic Area Specialist), to answer unsolicited off-label and technically complex questions in real time. The Medical on Call capability and operating model will be implemented in 2024/5 on a market-by-market basis as the technology and operating model are ready.

Required Qualifications & Experience
* MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP with experience in a specific Disease Area or with a broad medical background or relevant pharmaceutical experience

Job Description
The Clinical Educator will play an integral role in deploying AMI (Allergan Medical Institute) training by leading on-site educational programs at Allergan Training Centers. This role includes working with leadership to uphold training center policies and procedures. **PURPOSE**
Primary Care Sales Consultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product. You will further drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause. Responsibilities of the role include driving demand, clinical education and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians, primarily in the Community settings.
The position reports to the CVR Area General Manager (AGM) and will be an integral part of the Area Customer Squad, collaborating closely with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal partners, as appropriate, to drive the US Pharma outcomes.
The span of coverage will be within the Houston Medical Center, TX, Houston NW, TX metropolitan area. Travel up to 50% within the territory. The position is residence based and candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care Sales Consultant are to:
+ Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
+ Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products; the incumbent will work closely with the Customer Squad to generate pull-through within local payers, community HCPs;
+ Leverage expertise and knowledge of diabetes and menopause marketplace, applicable competitors, industry and cross-functional activities/plans to anticipate and effectively manage business opportunities and challenges;
+ Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g. sales leadership, regional account managers) in regard to strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region;
