Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will be instrumental in creating strategic training initiatives that ensure the safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products. Reporting directly to the Director of Education, you will oversee a dynamic team of managers and specialists, collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Teams, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales Leadership.

The Computed Tomography Sales Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for Bayer's computed tomography (CT) and cardiovascular (CV) portfolio, including injectors, contrast media, and related software and workflow solutions. **IS Data Center Operations Engineer**
**What you will do**

In this vital role you will be bridging Information Technology (IT) and the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems that power and cool Amgen's data centers. This role ensures operational continuity and reliability by aligning IT infrastructure with the underlying facility systems. While not responsible for performing electrical or mechanical trade work, the engineer must understand electrical distribution, cooling, and plumbing systems well enough to interpret diagrams and engage effectively with facilities and vendor partners.
This role demands hands-on expertise with enterprise infrastructure (rack and stack, structured cabling, server, storage, and networking platforms), coupled with strong analytical skills and customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will bring experience in enterprise infrastructure cabling-including Outside Plant (OSP) fiber, CAT6A standards, and campus patching standards-along with awareness of AI-enabled tools that support monitoring, automation, and predictive analytics for optimized data center operations.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the liaison between IT teams and facilities staff, ensuring flawless communication.
+ Interpret electrical one-line diagrams, distribution drawings, and cooling schematics to support incident response and planning.
+ Install, rack, cable, and support enterprise IT systems including Dell PowerEdge, Nutanix, NetApp, and Cisco technologies.
+ Support day-to-day moves, adds, and changes (MACs) in building IDF and VDER environments.
+ Perform fiber and copper patch cabling in data centers, IDFs, and VDER closets.
+ Trace and troubleshoot cabling issues to restore connectivity.
+ Monitor infrastructure, proactively detect issues, and bring up with urgency to appropriate teams.
+ Apply AI-enabled monitoring and automation platforms to enhance data center operations.
+ Maintain documentation of infrastructure layouts, procedures, and operational standards.
+ Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery drills, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Provide clear and concise direction to internal and external consultants to increase productivity.
+ Review and coordinate facility-related maintenances (Mechanical and Electrical) with Facilities teams and notify stakeholders of upcoming activities with potential impacts.

Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.

Automation Maintenance Technician (6PM to 6AM)

Based in New Albany, Ohio, the site of Amgen's new advanced product assembly and packaging plant. In this role you will provide technical engineering support on all system/equipment optimization strategies, upgrades, replacements, and modifications. You will evaluate and determine if utility systems, process maintenance, instrumentation/ calibration/electrical systems and technical cleaning systems are maintained in compliance with all applicable industry standards, regulatory standards and FDA standards in the Inspection and Packaging area.
The work schedule for this role will be a first shift schedule (Monday through Friday, approximately 6:30 am to 3:00 pm) for 1-3 months and then move to a 12 hour PM 2-2-3 shift schedule. As the facility moves into operation, the successful incumbent will be expected to join a shift team structure working to support coverage across Amgen's 24-hour operations. These shift structures can be a great opportunity to better support individual work/life priorities in Non-Standard Shifts structure.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Take part in the coordination of tech support on engineering, regulatory, compliance, calibration, quality, microbial/environmental, technical cleaning, validation, electrical and process automation issues.
+ Assist during regulatory agency inspections. Provide technical support in response to the FDA and other regulatory agencies.
+ Complete advanced maintenance activities or operate and monitor sophisticated plant support equipment in accordance with CFRs, cGMPs, SOPs, job plans and Amgen policies. Investigate complex issues or problems through the mentorship of experienced staff.
+ Assist the team with maintaining an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems the team.
+ Evaluate the current maintenance procedures and assist in the changes to optimize the maintenance program, trouble shoot and repair equipment/system failures.
+ Interpret and review utility, process system/ equipment, plumbing, ductwork plans, architectural, and HVAC P&ID's.
+ Support Operations in Non-Standard shifts that includes weekends and/or holidays as determined by business.

The District Manager, Neuroscience will:
Be responsible for the development, execution of compliant promotion of all Neuroscience promoted portfolio products in all optimal sites of care across both outpatient and inpatient settings to approved health care professionals. **Provide Medical Support**

+ Support Interventional and Non Interventional Research (NIR) studies (e.g. identification andassessment of potential study sites) to facilitate patient recruitment and/or discussions around the safe and effective use of BMS investigational products, as agreed with home office medical and Global Development Operations (GDO) and as defined by the study scope document
+ Provide recommendations and insights to clinical development team on study and site feasibilities within the therapeutic area based on knowledge of the field and through direct contacts with potential investigators, as agreed with home office medical and GDO
+ Support HCPs in the ISR submission and execution process and study follow-up as agreed upon with home office medical and GDO
+ Ensure that BMS Pharmacovigilance procedural documents are understood and applied by investigators of local studies, and alert appropriate BMS personnel to any identified Adverse Events
+ Actively support CRO sponsored studies as agreed with home office medical and GDO and as defined by the study scope document
**Required Experience**
+ MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP with experience in Neuroscience or with a broad medical background and relevant pharmaceutical experience
**Knowledge Desired**
+ Disease area knowledge and an understanding of scientific publications
+ Knowledge of a scientific or clinical area, competitive landscape and patient treatment trends
