The Key Account Manager, Neuroscience will:
Operate as an authority in behavioral health trends both clinically and within geographical market environments.
Build coordinated account plan strategies including understanding of account structures and patient flow, access landscapes, and emerging market/account trends.
Garner insights that anchor strategic account plans aligned to customer needs & brand strategies to deliver on local market opportunities.
Drive account plan development, ensure clarity on roles & responsibilities, champion our Neuroscience Ways of Working, and drive accountability across coalition teams to pull though account plans tactics.
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with population health decision makers who influence care within behavioral health marketplace and systems.
Integrate priority resources, engage internal key partners, and education that activate customers to increase patient access across care delivery, care coordination, trade, and payer accounts.
Proactively lead internally including field sales, home office, etc, to meet/complete brand marketing strategies and facilitate execution of account plans.
Consistently adhere to all company current compliance guidelines and policies.
Required qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree
A valid driver's license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare sales/account management experience.
Extensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare industry, including knowledge of important individuals and care delivery approaches required.

As the Regional Business Director (RBD), you will:
* Implement and execute the Electrophysiology commercial strategy by managing sales and clinical personnel and activities to maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace.

Customer engagement
MSLs will spend the majority of their time on customer facing activities. Additionally, MSLs connect SEs/CEs with other Lilly resources or internal business partners as appropriate and facilitate collaborative research and external opportunities.
Territory ownership
MSLs will be expected to demonstrate strategic analysis, planning, and prioritization to maximize efficiency. They will implement and evaluate a strategic territory plan prioritizing core MSL activities and take personal accountability for results. There is also an expectation for compliant partnerships across all Lilly field roles sharing customers to create an appropriately coordinated experience. KOL Engagement

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements:
* A Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience is required (PharmD, PhD, MD, Advanced Practice Providers)
* Post graduate experience is required for Doctoral level candidates, with preference for clinical experience.
* 2+ years of MSL experience and/or 2+ years relevant work experience which can include clinical, research, fellowship, or pharmaceutical work experience
* Scientific Acumen: In-depth scientific and/or therapeutic knowledge
* Research and/ or health care system knowledge
* Ability to support a specific territory with up to 70% travel. Should hold a valid US Driver's License

The expected base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750.
This position is eligible for a company car through the Company's FLEET program.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. PURPOSE Primary Care and Specialty Sales Consultant (SC) is accountable for implementing the sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product. You will further drive launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause. Responsibilities of the role include driving demand, clinical education and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians, primarily in the Community settings.
The position reports to the CVR Area General Manager (AGM) and will be an integral part of the Area Customer Squad, collaborating closely with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal partners, as appropriate, to drive the US Pharma outcomes.
