DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Applies business analytics to recognize opportunities, strengths, trends, and to monitor the effectiveness of the business plan. Adjusts the plan to minimize the impact of competition and maximize sales opportunities.

* Educate customers on all BWI products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings. Shares best practices to increase value for customers.
* Provides current BWI products' instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
* Prioritizes time and maximize resources to drive sales growth.
* Applies account management techniques, such as segmentation, research, relationship building, and superior resource management skills throughout assigned territory, to increase market share for all BWI products
* Travels independently to and conduct calls with a variety of key stakeholders to enhance product usage by achieving optimal product availability and case support.
* Gains influencer support for the use of all company products while gaining access to, and developing long-term relationships with, additional key stakeholders.
* Advances awareness and business opportunities for BWI throughout the EP marketplace through the execution of national, regional, and local promotional campaigns.

* Indirectly leads a pod of CAS's by coordinating strategic efforts in order to drive product utilization throughout the assigned territory. Maintains regular communication with pod members to ensure alignment and consistency in providing optimal customer service, while maximizing the pod members' time and efforts.
* Oversees the appropriate use of, and customer interaction, of per diem clinical support
* Serves as a source of information and support to pod members and internal partners in identifying trends, understanding competitive conditions and sharing knowledge of best practices within the marketplace.
* Leverages J&J business partners within customer accounts and overlapping geographies to maximize the use of resources and increase business outcomes.
* Maintains open lines of communication with FSE's in order to ensure prompt repairs and ongoing maintenance for all systems within the assigned territory.
* Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
* Partners with the CAS's and FSE's to identify and resolve case issues and provide support to engender customer group loyalty and increase business outcomes.
* Adheres to all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices. Ensures that all resources needed to meet Company guidelines are available and in good condition.
* Proactively ensures personal, pod and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Provides mentoring for new sales staff members as assigned.
* Organizes and completes administrative responsibilities efficiently, including timely completion of compliance training, submission of expense reports, samples reporting and other requests and assignments. Meets Company quality standards and established deadlines.
* Maintain company vehicle safety protocols (Safe Fleet) in accordance with all company guidelines.
* Stays current in emerging technology and techniques and all aspects of company new product launches and competitive entries.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent work experience, advanced degree preferred
* Three years of healthcare and/or business-to-business sales experience required or equivalent level experience in a cardio/cardiovascular environment
* Medical Device sales experience preferred
* Cardiology/cardiovascular or medical device industry, with EP experience is preferred
* Documented sales awards and achievements preferred Prior management experience a plus
INTERNAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Performance rating of at least FM/FM for the past 3 of 4 rolling years, OR
* Performance rating of at least FM/E or E/FM for the past 2 years (accelerator)
* POD performance - demonstrated for 2+ years:
* Top 25% for most recent 2 years or
* POD quota achievement for 3 of 4 rolling years
* Top 10% 2 out of last 3 years
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
* Exempt position requiring the ability to establish an effective work schedule that accommodates frequent disruptions to routines and flexible work hours in accomplishing objectives.
* Must have and maintain advanced knowledge of healthcare industry, medical device industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.

ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Assists physicians and healthcare professionals in deploying best practices within clinical setting on use of Company products. Communicates with RBD to discuss business plan implementation, issues and trends. Interacts with internal resource providers to gain resources and support for sales efforts. Coordinates efforts of pod members to drive business objectives.

Purpose:

Objective: This position is responsible for the professional and responsive service of on-site planned and remedial maintenance of surgical equipment manufactured and distributed by Bausch + Lomb.
Responsibilities:
Provide first tier service response to B+L's customers for the surgical products defined as "field serviceable." Provide on-the-job training and support for less experienced Field Service Engineering technicians when needed. Schedules/completes planned maintenance services for B+L's customers on B+L's products and provides site planning and inspection services for installation of new systems. May provide support or perform equipment installations when needed.
Interfaces with service personnel including Technical Support, Customer Service, Parts/Planning personnel, and Service Engineering to complete the timely repair of B+L's products at the customer's site. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with Commercial Sales team members in respective territories through regular interface and communication.
Key resource for promoting service agreements with B+L customers through communication and education of benefits. Includes interface with customers and internal B+L service operations personnel.
Comply with all administrative policies and procedures associated with the field repair and service on B+L's products. This includes service reports, expense reports, and installation reports.
Escalates all customer issues in appropriate manner through formal and informal escalation methods to secure timely resolution to customer problems.
Maintains company assets, including parts inventory and test equipment assigned.
Develops a thorough command of the ophthalmic industry terminology, procedures, and technology as needed to provide support on products manufactured and distributed by B+L and for B+L's customers.
Key resource for pro-active improvement suggestions for the technical and field service aspects of the position.
In addition to the listed duties, the incumbent is normally expected to perform other similar related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Education: Associate's Degree or higher in electronics or equivalent technical school or military education
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree preferable.
Required Skills/Qualifications: Computer/Software - Service Reporting software / Windows / Microsoft Office / Basic Networking / PeopleSoft
Required Experience: 5+ years' experience in the field service of sophisticated electronic and mechanical products.

The Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist (ULS CAS) is accountable to provide technical and clinical product support to health care providers including Electrophysiology (EP) physicians, Interventional Cardiologists (IC) and laboratory staff for electrophysiology diagnostic and therapeutic catheters and systems - with an emphasis on the AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters - to enable practitioners to perform advanced cardiac ablation and interventional procedures respectively.
The CAS is responsible to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians & EP laboratory staff in order to identify and foster interest in new products or product indications to grow and develop the company's product and technology utilization. The ULS CAS directly partners with a Regional Business Director, Territory Managers, EP CAS, Field Service Engineers and Field Management to ensure alignment and coordination of activities to meet business objectives.
As the Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist, you will:
* Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on the effective use of AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters in EP and IC procedures.
* Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., The CARTO System and appropriate software modules including CARTOSOUND , CARTOMERGE and the Stockert RF generator) during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
* Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service training. Shares best practices to increase value for customers.
* Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within the account.
* Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitates Territory Sales Manager (TM) contact with the key decision makers to drive incremental business.
* Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling techniques.
* Drive collaboration and maintains consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with internal partners including regional teams/Pods (i.e. TMs, EP CAS and other ULS CAS), as well as support personnel (i.e. Marketing, FSE, RBD).

Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical echocardiography lab
* Must have and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography.
* Must have and maintain advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge of technology, advancements and the business landscape.
* Maintain clinical knowledge of healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends.
* A valid driver's license issued in the United States
* Will be required to maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation and cardio imaging, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and the business landscape.

Position Summary:
The TAS is a critical role in our unique customer model to execute the BMS aspiration to be the BioPharma that delivers the most impactful engagement with Health Care Providers (HCPs), driving adoption of new and existing medicines for appropriate patients.
The primary role of the TAS is to drive demand for BMS medicines within their portfolio for the appropriate patients. Compensation Overview:
Field - United States - US: $140,250 - $169,950

Bayer seeks an incumbent that possesses the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ A minimum of 10 years of overall experience with 5 years Imaging Informatics experience as a Technologist, PACS/RIS/HIS/SR Administrator and/or related SW-HW product/device manager.
+ Detailed understanding of clinical workflow and ability to conduct site and workflow analysis with consultative, strategic conclusions.
+ Experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics and resolution of healthcare software solutions.
+ Understanding of the Radiology suites and diagnostic scanning environments.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to manage objections and drive to group consensus.
+ Strong detail orientation, organizational skills and time management.
+ Willingness to travel significantly (70%+)
+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
+ Strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity &Trust, Ethics & Values and Compassion.
+ Proven ability to demonstrate at minimum, Bayer's Team Contributor competencies: Action Oriented, Perseverance, Dealing with Ambiguity, Learning on the Fly and Problem Solving.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical discipline.
+ Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT).
+ Certification as a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP).
+ Experience with network configuration and IT application integration within Healthcare and PACS/RIS/HIS/SR.
+ DICOM, HL7 and PACS/RIS/HIS/SR experience.
+ Database schema and data analytics experience.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $125,000 - $187,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.

**Responsibilities:**
Provide first tier service response to B+Ls customers for the surgical products defined as field serviceable. Provide on-the-job training and support for less experienced Field Service Engineering technicians when needed. Schedules/completes planned maintenance services for B+Ls customers on B+Ls products and provides site planning and inspection services for installation of new systems. May provide support or perform equipment installations when needed.
Interfaces with service personnel including Technical Support, Customer Service, Parts/Planning personnel, and Service Engineering to complete the timely repair of B+Ls products at the customers site. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with Commercial Sales team members in respective territories through regular interface and communication.
Key resource for promoting service agreements with B+L customers through communication and education of benefits. Includes interface with customers and internal B+L service operations personnel.
Comply with all administrative policies and procedures associated with the field repair and service on B+Ls products. This includes service reports, expense reports, and installation reports.
Escalates all customer issues in appropriate manner through formal and informal escalation methods to secure timely resolution to customer problems.
Maintains company assets, including parts inventory and test equipment assigned.
Develops a thorough command of the ophthalmic industry terminology, procedures, and technology as needed to provide support on products manufactured and distributed by B+L and for B+Ls customers.
Key resource for pro-active improvement suggestions for the technical and field service aspects of the position.
In addition to the listed duties, the incumbent is normally expected to perform other similar related duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
Required Education: Associate's Degree or higher in electronics or equivalent technical school or military education

PURPOSE The Clinical Strategist is responsible for the management and successful delivery of clinical services supporting the success of the Radimetrics Enterprise Platform within the US healthcare environment. The position will actively collaborate with Sales, Service, Training, NPD, Marketing and Bayer management teams to promote and refine the value proposition, product features/functionality as well as the processes and services that support Bayer's RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform (REP).
YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Planning, execution and follow-up associated with the clinical implementation of the RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform to include clinical configuration and setup, network configuration, and software integration. Ensure all solutions are implemented according to Bayer R&I standards, in a manner that is also compliant for the customer.
+ Understand operational, technical and clinical objectives of the RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform application and interfaces as well as overseeing and refining the delivery methodology including tracking delivery metrics, establishing deadlines and providing status reports to the informatics leadership and project management teams.
+ Support consultative efforts with customers and end-user departments to assess data flow, processes and impact on interfaced environment to drive successful clinical outcomes and customer value realization.
+ Drive delivery and refinement of clinical data validation supporting the RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform in forms assessing data completeness and validity. Champion efforts to increase efficiencies leveraging technology to automate and streamline the data validation process.
+ Ensuring appropriate business and operational documentation and data is collected and leveraged to drive business intelligence powered decisions. Support and contribute to project and clinical data system initiatives to expand and refine the PSO's efficiency and ability to meet customer expectations throughout the implementation and clinical process.
+ Develop and activate standard operating procedures that support consistency and scale of our clinical informatics services.
+ Ensure Bayer's informatics solutions are clinically operating as intended within the specific operating practices and workflows of the hospital to include the identification, troubleshooting and resolution of any issues uncovered consistently across the US. Ensure that the Clinical Informatics Specialists work closely with the hospital staff at various levels, including C-suite, to ensure Bayer's solutions are providing complete, accurate, and meaningful information and value.
+ Ensuring the consistent delivery of education services, formal and informal, on Bayer's informatics solutions to include multiple stakeholders and roles within a customer site. Beyond hands-on training of the solution, this responsibility would also extend to effectively promoting the value of Bayer's solutions, creating enthusiasm within a customer site and encouraging adoption/utilization.
+ Drive constant process improvement for all clinical services through customer and employee feedback, Outcomes GAP analysis and direct observation.
+ Ensuring the ongoing support to installed base of RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform customers, troubleshooting clinical issues as escalated, providing onsite and virtual training as defined by the project's statement of work. The ultimate goal is to ensure customers achieve maximum benefit and value from the solution throughout its lifecycle.
+ Drive the creation of customized project management implementation plans through detailed site and clinical workflow analysis; execute customized implementation plan with focus on maximizing value to the customer through process integration, individual site needs, future IT roadmap and desired clinical outcomes. Show firm commitment to continuous improvement through focus on customer success, education and adoption activities and processes. Shares best practices with all functions and suggestions for product and process improvement.
+ Creating, testing and deploying Business Intelligence/Data Analysis tools to drive Professional Services strategy.
+ Collaborating with other key stakeholders in planning and execution of necessary steps to scale the successful field delivery of our informatics platform and solutions.
+ Building and maintaining effective relationships with Bayer R&I customers, Imaging Informatics contacts and OEM representatives (scanner, PACS, SR, HIS/RIS). Participating in pre-sales activities as requested to support the Sales force.
+ Developing and managing experts on the solutions, services, and processes and training that support Bayer's Informatics platforms. Demonstrating initiative/self-learning to improve continuous knowledge-building in the Healthcare Imaging Informatics landscape.
+ Strategically manage, refine and activate Bayer's delivery of Clinical Education Services, Adoption Services and Customer Success Services with the goal of supporting the customer lifecycle from sale to clinical value and goal realization.
+ Cross-functionally supporting the business by attending key trade shows and conventions to evaluate new solutions, competition and emerging customer needs. Research information on competition and their strategies. Obtaining/maintaining relevant industry certifications. Remaining fully competent with all RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform solutions and services.
+ Leading the employee development process and manage employee performance including the completion/review of performance management initiatives, hire, manage, train and develop employees within the Clinical Informatics Organization.
+ Partnering and collaborating with other PSO management to ensure seamless delivery and success Bayer's Professional Service offerings.
+ Developing and Implementing additional Professional Service offerings in the form of additional Education Services, Consulting, Data Analytics and customized high touch clinical support to aid customers in achieving clinical outcomes utilizing Bayer's informatics products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ A minimum of 10 years of overall experience with 5 years Imaging Informatics experience as a Technologist, PACS/RIS/HIS/SR Administrator and/or related SW-HW product/device manager.
+ Detailed understanding of clinical workflow and ability to conduct site and workflow analysis with consultative, strategic conclusions.
+ Experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics and resolution of healthcare software solutions.
+ Understanding of the Radiology suites and diagnostic scanning environments.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to manage objections and drive to group consensus.
+ Strong detail orientation, organizational skills and time management.
+ Willingness to travel significantly (70%+)
+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
+ Strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity &Trust, Ethics & Values and Compassion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical discipline.
+ Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT).

+ Experience with network configuration and IT application integration within Healthcare and PACS/RIS/HIS/SR.
+ DICOM, HL7 and PACS/RIS/HIS/SR experience.
+ Database schema and data analytics experience.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $125,000 - $187,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
