Purpose:
The Director of Learning & Development for the Patient Service Center (PSC) will lead the strategy, design, and execution of a learning organization that supports Johnson & Johnson's immunology and oncology product service hub. This role is responsible for setting the PSC's training vision and roadmap, ensuring learning programs align with business priorities, elevate workforce capability, and meet quality and compliance standards. The Director will oversee a team of Learning Architects, Instructional Designers, Training Specialists, and Training Operations professionals to deliver training across PSC functions, including the contact center and non-commercial pharmacy. Partnering closely with the Innovative Medicine L&D team and cross-functional partners, this leader will drive governance, establish clear ways of working, and foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and organizational excellence.
Strategic Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategic design, direction, and execution of a comprehensive PSC learning strategy that aligns with business, program and capability needs
* Conduct ongoing training needs assessment to ensure employees have the skills, knowledge, and readiness required to perform effectively.
* Establish clear priorities, standards, governance and ways of working to support consistent, high-quality learning delivery across PSC.
* Partner with Operations, Pharmacy, Implementation and Technology teams to ensure new programs, initiatives, and technology changes are supported by intentional, scalable training solutions.
* Serve as the leadership liaison with the J&J Innovative Medicine Learning Excellence Organization and other enterprise L&D teams.
* Oversee learning effectiveness measurement by defining learning KPIs, analytics, and reporting to track quality, compliance, productivity and business impact.
* Lead demand, capability, and capacity planning for training resources, including ownership of the master training calendar and input to budget planning.
People Leadership:
* Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team of Learning Architects, Instructional Designers, Training Specialists and Training Operations professionals.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Life Sciences, Business or related field
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in Healthcare, Training, Talent Management or related industry experience

The MSL role embodies our medical mission to be recognized as the trusted partner for internal stakeholders and the healthcare community, driving scientific exchange to enhance medical education, data generation, insight generation and patients' access to medicine.
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for identifying disease and product related medical needs in a defined geography. The primary role of the MSL is to develop and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders (TL) and Healthcare Providers (HCP) within their healthcare system. The purpose of their interactions is to engage in meaningful scientific exchange that will ensure patients have access to BMS medicines, to ensure their safe and appropriate use through peer to peer discussions aligned with medical strategies and needs expressed by external stakeholders, and to facilitate research. The MSL also serves as the medical resource for external stakeholders in the community.
External Environment and Customer Focus
* Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community research thought leaders, appropriate HCPs, and access stakeholders, within a given geography to answer scientific, unsolicited product, and HEOR related questions. Required Experience

KOL Engagement

Program Resourcing

PURPOSE The Clinical Strategist is responsible for the management and successful delivery of clinical services supporting the success of the Radimetrics Enterprise Platform within the US healthcare environment. The position will actively collaborate with Sales, Service, Training, NPD, Marketing and Bayer management teams to promote and refine the value proposition, product features/functionality as well as the processes and services that support Bayer's RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform (REP).
YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Planning, execution and follow-up associated with the clinical implementation of the RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform to include clinical configuration and setup, network configuration, and software integration. Ensure all solutions are implemented according to Bayer R&I standards, in a manner that is also compliant for the customer.
+ Understand operational, technical and clinical objectives of the RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform application and interfaces as well as overseeing and refining the delivery methodology including tracking delivery metrics, establishing deadlines and providing status reports to the informatics leadership and project management teams.
+ Support consultative efforts with customers and end-user departments to assess data flow, processes and impact on interfaced environment to drive successful clinical outcomes and customer value realization.
+ Drive delivery and refinement of clinical data validation supporting the RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform in forms assessing data completeness and validity. Champion efforts to increase efficiencies leveraging technology to automate and streamline the data validation process.
+ Ensuring appropriate business and operational documentation and data is collected and leveraged to drive business intelligence powered decisions. Support and contribute to project and clinical data system initiatives to expand and refine the PSO's efficiency and ability to meet customer expectations throughout the implementation and clinical process.
+ Develop and activate standard operating procedures that support consistency and scale of our clinical informatics services.
+ Ensure Bayer's informatics solutions are clinically operating as intended within the specific operating practices and workflows of the hospital to include the identification, troubleshooting and resolution of any issues uncovered consistently across the US. Ensure that the Clinical Informatics Specialists work closely with the hospital staff at various levels, including C-suite, to ensure Bayer's solutions are providing complete, accurate, and meaningful information and value.
+ Ensuring the consistent delivery of education services, formal and informal, on Bayer's informatics solutions to include multiple stakeholders and roles within a customer site. Beyond hands-on training of the solution, this responsibility would also extend to effectively promoting the value of Bayer's solutions, creating enthusiasm within a customer site and encouraging adoption/utilization.
+ Drive constant process improvement for all clinical services through customer and employee feedback, Outcomes GAP analysis and direct observation.
+ Ensuring the ongoing support to installed base of RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform customers, troubleshooting clinical issues as escalated, providing onsite and virtual training as defined by the project's statement of work. The ultimate goal is to ensure customers achieve maximum benefit and value from the solution throughout its lifecycle.
+ Drive the creation of customized project management implementation plans through detailed site and clinical workflow analysis; execute customized implementation plan with focus on maximizing value to the customer through process integration, individual site needs, future IT roadmap and desired clinical outcomes. Show firm commitment to continuous improvement through focus on customer success, education and adoption activities and processes. Shares best practices with all functions and suggestions for product and process improvement.
+ Creating, testing and deploying Business Intelligence/Data Analysis tools to drive Professional Services strategy.
+ Collaborating with other key stakeholders in planning and execution of necessary steps to scale the successful field delivery of our informatics platform and solutions.
+ Building and maintaining effective relationships with Bayer R&I customers, Imaging Informatics contacts and OEM representatives (scanner, PACS, SR, HIS/RIS). Participating in pre-sales activities as requested to support the Sales force.
+ Developing and managing experts on the solutions, services, and processes and training that support Bayer's Informatics platforms. Demonstrating initiative/self-learning to improve continuous knowledge-building in the Healthcare Imaging Informatics landscape.
+ Strategically manage, refine and activate Bayer's delivery of Clinical Education Services, Adoption Services and Customer Success Services with the goal of supporting the customer lifecycle from sale to clinical value and goal realization.
+ Cross-functionally supporting the business by attending key trade shows and conventions to evaluate new solutions, competition and emerging customer needs. Research information on competition and their strategies. Obtaining/maintaining relevant industry certifications. Remaining fully competent with all RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform solutions and services.
+ Leading the employee development process and manage employee performance including the completion/review of performance management initiatives, hire, manage, train and develop employees within the Clinical Informatics Organization.
+ Partnering and collaborating with other PSO management to ensure seamless delivery and success Bayer's Professional Service offerings.
+ Developing and Implementing additional Professional Service offerings in the form of additional Education Services, Consulting, Data Analytics and customized high touch clinical support to aid customers in achieving clinical outcomes utilizing Bayer's informatics products.

Bayer seeks an incumbent that possesses the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ A minimum of 10 years of overall experience with 5 years Imaging Informatics experience as a Technologist, PACS/RIS/HIS/SR Administrator and/or related SW-HW product/device manager.
+ Detailed understanding of clinical workflow and ability to conduct site and workflow analysis with consultative, strategic conclusions.
+ Experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics and resolution of healthcare software solutions.
+ Understanding of the Radiology suites and diagnostic scanning environments.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to manage objections and drive to group consensus.
+ Strong detail orientation, organizational skills and time management.
+ Willingness to travel significantly (70%+)
+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
+ Strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity &Trust, Ethics & Values and Compassion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical discipline.
+ Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT).

+ Experience with network configuration and IT application integration within Healthcare and PACS/RIS/HIS/SR.
+ DICOM, HL7 and PACS/RIS/HIS/SR experience.
+ Database schema and data analytics experience.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $125,000 - $187,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). PURPOSE
The Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer provides support for audits, corrective actions, and qualifications of key suppliers. The position provides guidance and ownership to evaluate suppliers' technical capabilities while working in partnership with internal customers to assure a continuous supply of qualified parts to manufacturing. This position will be responsible for visiting assigned suppliers, as needed, to ensure all quality controls are in place and all regulatory requirements are met. This position will also work with Suppliers who are issued corrective actions to help improve operations quality controls to ensure uninterrupted supply of quality materials. This position also works closely with the Supply Center Manufacturing and Supply Chain to pro actively identify any issues. In addition, the standard BAYER Core Competencies and Role Competencies also apply in the evaluation of the incumbent s suitability for placement into this role classification.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer, are:
* Constantly working to improve our supplier base and this position leverages broad engineering knowledge to assess new suppliers;
* Identify process improvements and lead supplier process qualifications;
* Leads smaller stand alone projects, or larger sub projects in support of Supplier Quality departmental objectives;
* Guides suppliers' process validation approaches;
* Utilizes statistical analyses to reduce risk and enable success of projects;
* Becomes a trusted partner working with cross functional, internal stakeholders to lead project initiatives within Supplier Quality functional scope;
* Communicates technical matters in a manner that effectively conveys messages to diverse audiences;
* Creates, assigns, and tracks project tasks with the supplier and then aligns with the Bayer project teams on supplier's progress;
* Plans and manages own work activities of significant technical scope with minimal direction in order to meet objectives and deliver on needed deadlines;
* Leads teams on project activities of medium technical scope at the sub-module level;
* Able to provide advice and mentoring to less experienced engineers or technicians;
* Develops, qualifies and maintains supplier and partner relationships as directed;
* Performs ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 QMS audits at suppliers;
* Guides suppliers on proper 8D corrective action responses;
* Communicates comfortably at all levels of the organization.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an Incumbent who possesses the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
* Experience using relevant quality, supplier management or medical device manufacturing knowledge across a breadth of technical disciplines;
* 1-2 years technical leadership, which can include but not limited to, leading process improvements, performing audits, and 8D corrective actions.
* Driven individual who seeks to identify and implement improvements in processes;
* Collaborative and team oriented contributor;
* 15% travel within the United States and potentially abroad.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 4-7 years using relevant quality, supplier management or medical device manufacturing knowledge across a breadth of technical disciplines.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $73,964.00 to $110,946.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.

The Capital Sales Consultant, VELYS is a key member of the digital surgery business within their assigned territory. This person will focus on clinically selling technology including robotics, hip navigation, and surgical automation. During time in role, this role will be a key team member for the building and managing of a med-tech sales funnel, managing throughout the executionary training phase, the selling phase and driving utilization post-installation. This role will also work to expand the customer base by working with the sales managers to develop outstanding customer relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Clinical expertise & selling of technology as part of the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Value Proposition, to include the VELYS Robotic Assisted Solution and VELYS Hip Navigation
* Provide product demonstrations, evaluations, and assist with first cases for both VELYS Robotic Assisted Solution and VELYS Hip Navigation
* Assist the entire digital surgery offering within the territory and collaborate with the digital surgery sales managers reporting to this role to carry out the business plans with respect to robotics, navigation and surgical automation
* Work closely with the geographically aligned joint recon sales team to carry out overall business goals
* Work with the clinical team on proper launch cadence for robotics utilizing the LEEP launch excellence process

Patient Access Liaison
What you will do

In this vital role you will provide logistical, non-medical educational assistance to patients and caregivers as well as office and site of care staff, including physicians, nurses, office managers and executives. Strong knowledge and demonstrated history of access and reimbursement for buy and bill/infused pharmaceutical products is required. The PAL works in highly visible, strong team environment to provide exceptional customer service on all levels. The PAL will work with the patient, the physician and the Site of Care to educate on next steps required to gain access to therapy. The PAL will also work to maintain relationships with patients and families, and by extension physicians and their staff and cross-functional partners to support ongoing compliance with therapy. The PAL will work with numerous internal teams, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Marketing, and Site of Care to facilitate and improve patient access to insurance, medications, financial support, resources and more.
Responsibilities
Secure written or electronic patient HIPAA for patients in the assigned geography
Develop relationships with patients and caregivers by engaging via phone, text, email, virtual or in person connections
Assess individual needs of the patient and develop an appropriate education and resource plan of action, considering the patient's family and team of healthcare providers to empower the patient to become their own advocate
Educate the patient on Krystexxa coverage based on their benefits and the steps needed to gain prior authorization to ensure understanding of the process for medication access
Provide information on co-pay assistance programs, national foundations, and free drug programs by sharing information to patients as appropriate and needed
Provide proactive education to prescribers and sites of care upon patient enrollment on coverage for Amgen rare disease therapies, common prior authorization requirements, and coding and billings requirements
Provide access and reimbursement education based on the enrolled patient's Krystexxa benefits to physician offices and sites of care
Educate the physician office and/or SOC on Krystexxa coverage based on the patient's benefits and the steps needed to gain prior authorization to ensure understanding of the process for medication access
Investigate access challenges pre and post-infusion to include support for denied claims and claim reviews
Partner with Safety and PV and report AE's and product complaints through medical information.
Work closely with the Amgen cross functional team including Case Managers, the Site of Care team, market access, matrix partners and external vendors
Adhere to professional standards compliance guidance, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements

What You Will Do
The Field Research Scientist supports and manages the day-to-day operations of the research program in an assigned territory, by working with regional Site Leads and key stakeholders to plan, establish, maintain, collect accurate agronomic data from, and harvest corn soybean, wheat, and cotton trials.

* With the use of handheld electronic equipment and Monsanto proprietary software, collect notes on various agronomic traits (e.g. emergence uniformity, flowering date, lodging, height, maturity, shattering resistance) in a timely manner throughout the growing season;
* Harvest plots and collect samples for quality and statistical analysis; ensure harvest data is evaluated and relinquished in accordance with crop advancement deadlines to aid in product advancement decisions;
* Develop, maintain, and implement the use of controlled SOP documents, QMS procedures, and investigative protocols;
* Comply with all Monsanto regulatory compliance guidelines for Confined Release and Stewarded Trial material;
* Collaborate with other Agronomic Research Specialists, Site Leads, and Principal Investigators in order to facilitate efficient trial planning and placement;
* Sharing of ideas and techniques and quick response to issues that may arise (e.g. weather or pests affecting trials);

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The VELYS Digital Surgery Sales Manager (VSM) serves as the leader for sales activities and sales goal attainment for the VELYS Digital Surgery Product Portfolio in their assigned sales territory. The VSM must be well-versed in capital selling processes, orthopedic joint reconstruction sales, sales business planning, the use of financing tools, and able to work autonomously to managing a continuous capital pipeline to close capital deals and other med-tech sales on an accelerated timeline through budgeted and off budget customer processes. The VSM will lead expanding the customer base by working with the VELYS Digital Surgery Senior Sales Manager to develop a comprehensive executable business plan and expanding customer relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. The VSM will collaborate and work closely with the strategic customer group on ASC, large IDNs, Academic Centers, and the Joint Reconstruction Field Sales Force (FSO) on all pipeline opportunities to cross promote the entire digital surgery product portfolio.

Responsibilities:
* Must be able to learn/know Total Knee Arthroplasty and Total Hip Arthroplasty anatomy and procedures enabling the successful application and sale of the entire VELYS Digital Surgery Product Portfolio.
* Responsible for the development of a comprehensive executable business plan to meet/exceed all VELYS sales goals in alignment with VELYS Digital Surgery Senior Sales Manager team sales goals.
* Serves as tactical leader for business plan sales activities to meet/exceed all VELYS Digital Surgery Product Portfolio sales goals with the desired deal acquisition target mix ratios.
* Encourages sales consultant trainings and hosts physician familiarization sessions (dinner programs, case observations, online training).
* Works with internal business partners (HCC, Legal, Deal Desk, etc.) to ensure compliance with J&J capital sales process requirements for deal proposals.
* Assist the VELYS Customer Experience Team and the Field Sales Organization with customer related activities and equipment logistical needs.
* Work collaboratively with adjacent business partners, company support personnel, geographically aligned Strategic Customer Group and Joint Reconstruction Field Sales personnel to carry out the achievement of overall business unit goals.

The expected annual salary range for Specialty Representative in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $89,816 to $109,775. The expected annual salary range for Senior Specialty Representative in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $114,836 to $140,356. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
