The MSAT Technical Steward, Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) will serve as the technical lead for site implementation of CAR‑T projects at the Raritan manufacturing site, bringing deep expertise in cell and gene therapy processes and technologies. BMS is seeking a scientist to join the Sterile Product & Device Development team, within the Drug Product Development (DPD) organization, located in New Brunswick, NJ. DPD is responsible for the product and process design, development, characterization, and technology transfer to enable development of Bristol Myers Squibb's drug candidates from the preclinical stage to commercial process readiness. Qualifications:

The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a data control strategy for the Stability Operations Laboratory (supporting Titusville and Raritan, NJ sites); act as the Subject Matter Expert on Data Integrity processes including Good Documentation Practices and drive compliance efforts; support the equipment lifecycle management team during instrument qualification activities by participating in process flow mapping and data integrity assessments for all instruments and equipment; and ensure laboratory data handling and storage adhere to relevant policies and regulations.

* Prepares and makes ready all materials for manufacturing. Monitors change of temperature, pressure, visual appearance, physical changes and other significant developments which serve as an indication of process progress.
* Fill out a batch sheet complete with all necessary data including but not limited to weight of each add, time of completion with date and testing results.
* Able to communicate any change or discrepancy to equipment or batches on time, clearly and effectively across the team
* Perform routine physical or chemical tests necessary for adjustment and provide samples of finished product to Quality Assurance for testing and approval.
* Label all retains with complete data
* Maintain working knowledge of all pipelines, connections, valves, storage and location of all equipment necessary for this operation.

The MedTech Organization, based in Raritan, New Jersey, was founded more than 80 years ago as a pioneer in suture development and manufacturing, helping to transform the safety and effectiveness of open surgery. The MedTech Organization offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies including- sutures, hemostasis products, surgical staplers, trocars, energy devices and synthetic mesh devices-that are used in a wide variety of minimally-invasive and open surgical procedures. * Support Attorneys in review of competitive claims locally, regionally and globally on an as needed basis.

This includes but is not limited to scientific and consumer preference claims, competitive claims, promotional claims (e.g. "new", "bonus", "free") and slack fill and provide risk assessment.

* P&L Ownership: Brand Leaders own the budget and P&L and make strategic recommendations and decisions based on this to better manage brand portfolios.
* Effective Leadership: You will manage a team of multiple members and develop the future talent pipeline for Reckitt
* Planning & Financial Forecasting: Lead forecasting and planning processes for your respective segments, in close partnership with Trade and Demand Plan functions.
* Insight Driven Strategy: Strong analytical skills and development of insights to influence marketing plans & media strategy with clear recommendations and action plans that are presented to Leadership Team
* Strong Analytical Acumen: Thorough understanding of market trends, segment and competitive landscape and the ability to draft clear recommendations to influence brand support plans
* Brand Building: Own and lead market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans. Offer creative ideas that elevate brand positioning and consumer engagement.
* In close cooperation with the Sales and Trade Marketing functions, identify trade needs/opportunities, develop pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands.
* Lead speed to market of products, programs and services and be an integral part of organizing and rolling out marketing events and activities.
* Develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans, media plans, and comms strategy for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.
* Develop local copy strategy/executions and/or to ensure adaptation possible for other regions.

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
