nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of total target cash pay for this job and the employee's work location. Total target cash is comprised of an employee's base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved.

About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Aviation Sales Manager for the West/Central Region. Candidate must reside within the region and within 30 miles of a major airport with flexible commercial travel options.
This position is an individual contributor position responsible for the overall sales performance and growth of the region, including customer support, customer retention, sales development, working closely with support personnel, effectively managing relationships, and sales reporting. You'll report to the VP of Aviation, focusing on these key responsibilities:

* Build a network of vendors, associations, accounts, decision makers and influencers.
* Maintain excellent lines of communication; Communicates with accounts and co-workers effectively and efficiently through multiple communication tools.
* Understand the competitive landscape and make necessary adjustment(s) to compete.
* Analyze the performance of business opportunities with company tools and obtain appropriate approvals for proposals and renewals.

Position Overview
The Technical Sales Representative serves as the primary liaison between Pratt Industries and assigned customers not associated with a local sales representative. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits at mutually agreed-upon timeframes to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
Act as the main point of contact, communicating customer concerns and issues to the Pratt facility.
Investigate opportunities to improve processes, including:
Enhancing material shipping methods.
Redesigning materials to improve run-ability or reduce costs.
Increasing customer or Pratt line efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) on:
New items.
Overall customer activity.
Join local Sales Representatives to review customer production lines.
Support Quality Assurance (QA) Manager in complaint resolution.
Work closely with the production team and Project Manager.
Lead Pratt projects impacting customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Licenses: Candidate must maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Experience: Minimum of five years of outside sales experience or related experience with college coursework.
Travel: Successful candidates will frequently travel to customer locations
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to collect data and generate reports.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of presenting effectively to groups.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

We are seeking a talented Corporate Sales Administrator to join our team. The Corporate Sales Administrator is responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer requirements and specifications to create accurate and competitive quotes
Provide detailed internal documents that are organized and clear so as to allow Sales team market costing and the ability to make efficient pricing decisions.
Collaborating with sales, engineering, and sourcing teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and match company capabilities
Send out mass quotations on a timely basis, with required expediting of supplier responses.
Review supplier quotations, and respond back on any inaccuracies, and note any deviations on the quotation.
Assist in the implementation of awarded new business by validating final quotes and contract reviewing to customer specs.
Ability to use formulas to develop selling price and margin percentage, and other key information into customer quotation
Must Haves:
Fastener knowledge or related hardware experience. Understanding of various steel manufacturing methods a plus.
Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel and TEAMS, to sort and communicate summarized recommendations on source of supply and final price points
Strong verbal and written skills that may demand external and internal customer communications.
Strong business acumen required to assimilate information from various sources and summarize for consumption

You Will
As a Territory Sales Rep/ District Sales Manager at Intermex Wire Transfer, you will focus on prospecting and business development strategies to drive volume of money transfer services through new and existing customers.
Create and follow weekly sales plans including daily prospecting visits to retailers throughout the state of Ohio - visiting 30-40 retailers in person per week.
Prospect and generate new revenue sales by signing new retailers through in-person B2B sales tactics
Promote Internex's Point of Sale product that delivers services such as International Wire Transfers, Bill Payments, Check Cashing and Top Up services
Utilize our robust in-house built Sales Platform to track gross margins, sales, data and areas of opportunity in assigned territory.

Improve current Agent (Retail Partner) relationships by exceeding expectations in sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and always presenting solutions.
