Are you an experienced sales professional that enjoys managing a territory and developing relationships? Are you looking to join a growing organization? Timpte is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our team. We're looking for an individual to be responsible for all sales activities of new and used trailers from lead generation through closing in an assigned territory. Responsible for expanding customer base in assigned territory.
Total Compensation for this position is up $100k/year+
Essential Functions:
Facilitate and Manage Territory Sales:
Travel the territory and make sales calls on customers
Maintain territory market share as identified by VP of Sales
Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, direct face-to-face cold calling on customers, direct mail and e-mail
Appraise the value of used trailers for trade in
Analyze territory sales data, including Polk data, and take action as it pertains to market share
Responsible for the preparation of sales forecasts
Develop and implement special sales activities, including trailer discount levels to increase sales
Research and communicate new markets and new product opportunities within assigned territory
Manage expense budgets to plan
Develop understanding of used trailer values and competitors product line
Assisting in the execution of marketing plans of company as required
Must work closely with Customer Service in David City, NE, including setting up releases for customers picking up in David City.
Responsible for supervision and development of assigned sales staff
Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.
Requirements:
Must possess an Associate's degree in related field or 2 years of sales experience.
Prefer sales experience in related fields including semi-trailer, dry bulk commodity and AG industry
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc.
Willingness and ability to travel with overnight stays.
Must have a valid driver's license, insurable driving record and reliable transportation.

Improve current Agent (Retail Partner) relationships by exceeding expectations in sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and always presenting solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the inside sales and marketing teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offering and profit.
Meet and exceed lagging key performance indicators, sales call activity, wire sales targets, agent activation targets and gross margin sales targets.
You Have
Bilingual Spanish is a must.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience.

You Will
As a Territory Sales Representative at Intermex Wire Transfer, you will focus on prospecting and business development strategies to drive volume through new and existing customers.
Prospect and generate new revenue sales by signing new retailers through in-person B2B sales tactics
Promote Intermex's Point of Sale product that delivers services such as International Wire Transfers, Bill Payments, Check Cashing and Top Up services
Utilize our robust in-house built Sales Platform to track gross margins, sales, data and areas of opportunity in assigned territory.
Create and follow weekly sales plans including daily prospecting visits to retailers - visiting at least 50 retailers per week.
Deliver product presentations by demonstrating an industry-leading suite of products and money transfer services on POS and Digital channels.
Improve current Agent (Retail Partner) relationships by exceeding expectations in sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and always presenting solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the inside sales and marketing teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offering and profit.
Meet and exceed lagging key performance indicators, sales call activity, wire sales targets, agent activation targets and gross margin sales targets.
You Have
Bilingual Spanish is a must.
Must have a minimum of 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience.
Experience selling products and services to retailers and/or businesses
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have your own vehicle & car insurance. Monthly car allowance and gas reimbursement provided.
Commute 90% of the time.

Review supplier quotations, and respond back on any inaccuracies, and note any deviations on the quotation.

Ability to use formulas to develop selling price and margin percentage, and other key information into customer quotation
Must Haves:
Fastener knowledge or related hardware experience. Understanding of various steel manufacturing methods a plus.
Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel and TEAMS, to sort and communicate summarized recommendations on source of supply and final price points
Strong verbal and written skills that may demand external and internal customer communications.
