The company also provides automotive fabrics for seat suspensions, trunk and hood liners, hood bonnets, and glove box liners; rubber coated fabrics for conveyer belts and treadmills, power transmission belts, and belt covers; coated and laminated fabrics for wall coverings, banners, awnings, seating, art canvas, and bookbinders; filtration fabrics for filter bags, cartridges, intake, and exhaust systems; bedding fabrics for dormitories, hospitals, hotels, and other institutions; and miscellaneous fabrics for bags, outdoor furniture, brick set net, shade cloths, geo-textiles, and minnow seines. In addition, it offers finishing services that include warping, slashing, weaving, heat setting, scouring/heat setting, jet dyeing, vat and range dyeing, drying and framing, sanding, shifting, over-feeding, add-on finishes, flame retardants durable or non-durable, anti-microbials, RFL, breathable coatings, odor eliminating, and Cameron and ultrasonic slitting. The company provides its products through contract distributors in the United States and Canada. Johnston Textiles, Inc. was formerly known as Johnston Industries, Inc. and changed its name to Johnston Textiles, Inc. in October 2003.
