Essential Functions:
Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
Receives and processes incoming product shipments and helps unload delivery truck.
Ensures shipments are inspected and damages are noted and documented.
Initiates records as products enter and leave the warehouse through a computerized inventory control system
Stores products in proper locations.
Receives, pulls, and properly prepares all customer orders.
Utilizes forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment when needed to store or pull inventory.
Monitors equipment to ensure safety and reports any issues to the supervisor.
Helps load products on delivery truck or for customer.
Ensures safety of the warehouse by keeping it clean and free of potential hazards.
Assists with training of new employees.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Qualifications:

Ferguson Enterprises seeks a highly ambitious Outside Sales Representative - Facilities Supply (Focus on Education). You can impact a multi-billion-dollar organization in a field-based role.
This is a field-based sales role supporting customers in Cincinnati, Dayton and surrounding areas. This position will need to be based in the Cincinnati area. A fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone & laptop will be provided.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and vendors, collaborating with other branch associates to ensure flawless service from order to delivery and beyond.
Grow “share of wallet” spend with active, new, and inactive customers by developing trust-based relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the current customer base, devising and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with management.
Perform product quotations and resolve customer issues with a focus on outstanding service.
Analyze competition within the territory, developing and communicating sales strategies to management.
Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a professional image and boost performance both in the field and internally.
Document all sales activities in our internal CRM tool (Salesforce) and Map My Customer to evaluate the new business pipeline and measure sales closure results.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of general facility maintenance in the education industry-related outside field sales experience is preferred
Experience and success within the Hospitality vertical, working with General Managers, Facility/Maintenance supervisors, and engineers is beneficial.
Proven sales experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and active listening skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and retain information.
Driven to meet objectives while possessing solid communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
This is a base plus commission eligible role, with no cap on your commission. The estimated total compensation range, based on performance and experience, is $75,000 - $125,000+ annually.

Qualifications:

* Ensure customer / contractor represents product in an accurate and reputable manner.
* Evaluate customer / contractor installations through field visits.
* Act as a liaison between vendors and contractors / customers.
* Build and maintain working relationships with sales associates and customers.
* Conduct HVAC customer training at Ferguson, including individualized product and customer specific needs.
* Conduct HVAC training at the contractor's location as needed.
* Provide HVAC technical support and training to the inside and outside sales team in branches.
* Participate in continuing education and professional development as required.
* Participate in new product support and training as required.
* Support outside sales with customer visits as needed.
* Accurately document all conversations and field visits.
* Be responsible for accurate processing of vendor paperwork and claim entries, including warranty issues, labor reimbursements, and equipment concessions.
* Ensure credits are submitted to the appropriate Ferguson channel for writing of the credit.
Qualifications
* 5+years HVAC field service and/or distributor field service experience required.
* Possess an exceptional understanding of field service skills as they relate to HVAC equipment installations and troubleshooting.
* Understanding HVAC field service tools and equipment and their use.
* Familiarity with residential and commercial unitary systems and ductless systems preferred.

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
Ability to work overtime as needed
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications:
