THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A WAREHOUSE DELIVERY DRIVER
This HVACR position typically offers a schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and/or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Flexibility is required as some overtime may be necessary. You'll report directly to the Branch Manager, ensuring efficient operations each day.
In this role, you will assist in receiving both stock and non-stock items, ensuring the accuracy of specifications, quantity, and quality in each order. You'll clean and maintain the warehouse, creating a safe and sanitary working environment for yourself and your coworkers. Each day, you will deliver a variety of materials, primarily to customers, following scheduled and unscheduled routes as efficiently as possible. You will drive vehicles such as trucks and vans to transport orders to designated locations, load and unload delivery trucks to meet customer demands, and perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles. By keeping accurate delivery logs and participating in physical inventories, you will help verify stock and streamline operations. Your interactions with customers will be vital, as you provide professional assistance and build strong relationships.

2+ years of related experience in material handling
Knowledge of safe handling of durable goods, including hazardous materials

Your Responsibilities:
Driving Duties
Load, transport, and deliver HVAC equipment and parts to clients or job sites according to scheduled instructions
Adhere to all safety protocols, including securing loads and driving defensively
Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after trips, ensuring it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs or issues

Perform regular cycle counts and audits

Receiving/Shipping
Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment safely
Receive incoming products into the computer and store in the designated area
Load products onto delivery trucks or other vehicles
Deliver materials safely to the customer site and unload them per the customer's direction
Safety/Maintenance
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse and store showroom

National Accounts Manager- Retail Minka Lighting & Fans
The National Account Manager, Retail, will work with our team to identify and launch innovative products into two of our most important customers, Lowes & Home Depot!
The National Account Manager, Retail will closely coordinate activities with those of all cross-functional partners to lead all aspects of the customer interactions, including business planning, promotional campaigns, and understand the key goals and objectives for each organization. Measuring success will be important to understand both sales growth and long-term profitability for both our in store and our digital sales.
This is approved to be a Remote role anywhere in the US. However, our ideal candidate will be near, or with easy access, to the Atlanta or Charlotte markets.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement an effective account strategy for both retailers, ensuring strong collaboration cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with Minka Corporate objectives
Lead and implement national and regional sales programs focused on increasing product selection, placement, and implementation of Minka products in retail customer channel
Achieve or exceed assigned revenue quotas by using a deep understanding of our customer's business structure, goals, and decision-makers
Analyze current market trends and competitor products and communicate internally to develop new sales strategies, programs, and product innovations across all product categories
Collaborate with Marketing, Channel and Digital teams to propose customer-specific product development opportunities and coordinate all aspects of the Stage Gate process
Work with the demand planner to develop accurate sales and purchase forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans
Lead product presentations, trade show displays, and key product demonstrations, using product samples to highlight key features and benefits
Organize and participate in trade shows and other customer events as required
Prepare and deliver competitive pricing quotes, negotiate contract terms, and finalize sales agreements
Work collaboratively with Channel team business updates on the retail channel, aligning key partners on forecasts, inventory levels, and critical initiatives
Coordinate and facilitate customer training initiatives to ensure thorough product knowledge, conduct store walks to assess product presentation, and provide feedback to enhance customer experience and optimize sales performance across retail locations
Foster relationships with purchasing, planning, and other support function contacts within Lowes & Home Depot to ensure smooth account operations and resolution of any delivery issues
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional sales or marketing experience, preferably with national accounts in the home improvement industry
Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex national accounts
Meticulous, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; while meeting deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
Strong negotiation, mathematical, and analytical skills, with proven ability to secure favorable outcomes
Self-motivated, with a results oriented approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Ability to identify potential opportunities, anticipate future issues by applying business analytics, ensure timely mitigation strategies and capitalize on growth opportunities

Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends, as required
Ability to adhere to an established expense budget and manage resources efficiently
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and comfortable working on ladders at heights of 15' to 20'
Mechanical proficiency and basic understanding of electrical systems
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS or equivalent experience) required; MBA preferred

We are excited to announce a new position within our Reliability Team for a Pump Application Specialist - focused on pumps and fluid handling. The successful candidate will be able to assume the responsibilities outlined below with minimal guidance or training. This person will report directly to local leadership at the assigned branch, but will have significant direction from the reliability sales managers and interaction with our pump repair facility. Role Summary
The Pump Application Specialist role will provide daily technical sales and engineering expertise to our inside and outside sales team, as well as our valuable customers. This includes reviewing customer applications and engineering specifications, creating technical quotations and proposals, providing training, and supporting the documentation needs of our validated customers.
Responsibilities
* Specification and application review for all sales/proposals/bids/RFQs
* Utilize manufacturers tools (electronic programs and paper) to size and select required pump for individual applications.
* Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all pumps - Centrifugal and Positive Displacement
* Provide end users and our technical outside sales team pre-sale guidance, post-sale trouble shooting, and pump selection for each unique application.
* Work with branch operations to create appropriate stock levels to support our sales
* Generate project submittals to include quotation and all supporting documentation
* Generate proposed pump modification to support unique constraints
* Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales
* Work with all associates and form relationships to establish trust throughout the district to support our pump lines. Be a team player
* Technical Support: Provide technical support for products in the field, offering guidance to improve installations and troubleshoot problematic installations/operations. This may include evaluating failed equipment, reviewing and responding to specifications/drawings, communicating with the factories on detailed problems, issuing or responding to complaints on a customer's behalf, making field visits, etc.
* Training: Assist in providing product training to customers and sales engineers. This to include both theoretical (classroom presentations) as well as hands on product reviews.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams: sales, engineering, customer service, purchasing, production, shipping and accounting for seamless customer order management.
* Prepare submittal and other related project documentation for customer review and approval prior to releasing quotation or accepting PO.
Qualifications
* 2-5 years minimum in role responsible for sizing and selecting pumps and complete packages

Develop 10-year capital planning reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations to support long-range investment strategies and leadership communication.
Coordinate with Portfolio Strategy, Real Estate, Project Management, and Enterprise Facilities Management to align findings with business objectives (e.g., acquisition, lease renewal, reinvestment).
Validate and review third-party PCA reports for accuracy, relevance, and cost estimation integrity.
Ensure documentation meets regulatory, accessibility, environmental, and fire/life safety requirements.
Support internal partners by translating technical observations into actionable plans, risk mitigation strategies, and funding priorities.
Reassess previously visited facilities to track resolution of past issues and maintain current data in shared systems.
Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to enhance project efficiency and partner satisfaction.

Preferred Education, Experience and Expertise
5+ years of directly related experience with facility condition assessments, preferably at a corporate level with a mixed-use industrial/retail portfolio

2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, technical support, or inside sales
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/ERP systems
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications
Ability to read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications is advantageous
Commitment to honesty and ethical behavior, with the ability to foster a positive team environment

Enterprise PMO Project Manager
Responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver critical business outcomes and strategic value to the organization. This role manages projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, effective execution, and successful adoption of solutions. The Project Manager collaborates with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a Hybrid role based out of Newport News, VA HQ, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of assigned projects-from initiation through completion-ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, scope, budget, and schedule.
Monitor project progress and performance against established plans; proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks to minimize delays and ensure successful delivery.
Lead cross-functional project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and deliver regular project status updates to partners and senior leadership.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and risk registers.
Identify, assess, and resolve complex project challenges using advanced problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and sound judgment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to other program and project managers, contributing to the development of best practices and project delivery standards.
Coordinate activities across business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution and comprehensive project coverage.
Ensure adherence to project governance processes and reporting standards, delivering clear and actionable insights on project performance and outcomes.
Continuously evaluate project execution processes and recommend improvements to enhance delivery efficiency, scalability, and organizational impact.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an enterprise environment
PMP and CSM certifications are highly preferred
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with partners across all levels of the organization
Experience understanding differing company cultures and integrating teams
Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software

The Lead Credit Specialist will ensure efficient and accurate processing of credit applications, own a portfolio of accounts, maintain positive customer relationships, and work closely with other departments.
Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between Branch Manager and Area/Credit Manager, offering guidance and support.
Serves as a lead resource for other Credit Specialist regarding credit management and customer service.
Administers daily collection activities and assists Area/Credit Managers in the credit strategy of the market.
Coordinates with inside and outside sales to provide best-in-class customer service. Partners with all sales associates to troubleshooting customer related problems, inquiries, etc.
Acts as a liaison between the local branch/market and the National Credit Operations team.
Adhere to Company compliance and standard operating procedures.
1-2 years experience in professional credit management
Qualifications:
4+ yrs Credit Management experience preferred
Experience in Credit, Collections, and/or Accounts Receivables in the commercial or residential construction industry
Good judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to see the “big picture”
Self-confident, strong communication skills, and inquisitive
Ability to collaborate with others to meet shared objectives
