Discuss focus areas for shop time weekly with Division Managers prior to assigning unbillable shop hours. * Review, revise shop tickets daily for consistency, accuracy and submit to payroll weekly. * Track loaned or borrowed equipment and personnel, actively working to assist other branches with employee resource and equipment needs during periods of reduced workload. * Monitor and maintain division equipment including pick-up trucks, pumps, circulators, heat exchangers, filter pots, trailers, etc. Repairs will need to be coordinated with internal repair resources and outside repair facilities. * Monitor and maintain pressure testing required for owned hoses, piping, fittings per company policy and/or customer project requirements. * Coordinate with Division mechanic to track and document preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles (90 days and annual inspections). * Actively participate in safety meetings and drive safety topics and objectives discussed with field personnel. * Monitor and track chemical inventory and submit month end chemical inventory form each month. * Issue and maintain employee PPE storage lockers. * Issue uniforms and PPE to employees.
