This position is responsible for building research infrastructure that supports faculty and staff in obtaining extramural funding, conducting high-impact research, and advancing scholarship aligned with the College of Nursing's mission. Additionally, this individual will play a crucial role in facilitating, assisting, and mentoring faculty in developing and managing program grants that support education, training, and service initiatives within the College. The Associate Dean will also foster inter-institutional research partnerships, mentor faculty in developing research and grant proposals, and ensure compliance with university and funding guidelines. This position requires teaching, research and service duties to be conducted in person on campus. Remote or hybrid work options are not available.
